Le Responsable de Domaine SAP MM (Materials Management) est en charge de la gestion et de l'optimisation des processus liés à la gestion des achats, des stocks et de la gestion des matières premières au sein du système SAP. Il/elle assure le bon fonctionnement de l'outil SAP MM et sa mise à jour continue en lien avec les besoins des utilisateurs. Responsabilités : * Gestion et optimisation des processus SAP MM : + Analyser et comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs fonctionnels (achats, stocks, approvisionnements) et proposer des solutions adaptées dans SAP MM. + Mettre en œuvre des améliorations continues des processus. + Gérer les incidents et résoudre les dysfonctionnements liés à SAP MM. * Mise en œuvre et support technique : + Participer à la mise en place de nouveaux modules ou évolutions sur SAP MM. + Assurer un rôle de support de niveau 2 et 3 pour les utilisateurs. + Former et accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation du module SAP MM. + Être capable de paramétrer dans la solution * Coordination avec les autres départements : + Collaborer avec les équipes IT pour assurer la bonne intégration de SAP MM avec les autres systèmes de l'entreprise. + Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements achats, logistique et finance pour garantir la fluidité des opérations. * Gestion des projets SAP MM : + Piloter ou participer à des projets d'évolution de SAP MM (implémentation de nouvelles fonctionnalités, migrations, mises à jour). + Assurer la gestion du planning et des ressources pour chaque projet.

The Service holder will be acting through the C&P P2P process, which involves the management of the workflow for the Purchase Requests (PR's) and the creation and modification of the Purchase Orders (PO's). The process includes the management of various type of contracts, but mainly: Technical Assistance Services, Third Parties Services, and any PR-PO's linked with EPC's Contracts (ex: Variation Orders). Reporting to the Project Control Manager (PCM), the service provider will be liaising with the PCM Team, Package Managers and 3rd parties' contractors as needed, and managing any issues related to PR's-PO's activities for the B58 Suriname Project throughout the Project life cycle. ACTIVITIES The Service Supplier will participate actively in the PCM activities, covering all B58 Suriname packages (FPSO, SURF, SPS, Drilling). The Service holder will highlight all matters regarding PR's, POs to the Cost Control Lead, using SAP Unisol, supporting procurement processes and maintaining data accuracy across systems. The Service holder will apply the SURINAME Affiliates C&P procedures in all steps of the PR's-PO's process and will be a focal point with Affiliate when needed. Part of the Service will include, but not be limited to, preparing, analyzing, processing, and presenting all information and documentation related to PR's & POs. When required it will be participating in the Controls SOX activities linked with POs in close liaison with the Cost Control Lead. The service holder may participate to the training or assistance to the Project stakeholders within their routine actions linked with PR's & PO's (workflow monitoring, validation, rejection, etc...) The service holder shall highlight and escalate any issues presented regarding PR's &POs and propose any mitigation action whenever needed / identified. CONTEXT & ENVIRONNENT The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname. The Suriname GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the studies managed by the client OneTech on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58. The technical challenges the GPI / Project will face are the reservoir development and management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection system.
