MISSION
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Interim for a Global Partnership Marketing role to define and lead the global strategy for Deezer's partnership business across multiple channels. This role requires both a hands-on approach and a strategic mindset to elevate our brand and partnerships. You will build, manage and inspire its team, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results., Define, guide, and continuously refine a robust global partnership marketing strategy to maximize Deezer's partnership potential, unlocking new verticals and growing existing relationships.
- Lead the implementation and execution of marketing initiatives that promote Deezer's music streaming service through key partners, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy covering the entire commercial cycle, from partner acquisition to customer retention.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across partnership verticals such as telco, device manufacturers, retail, media and other strategic segments.
- Build processes, frameworks and tools to ensure consistent, scalable, and impactful partner-driven campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Content, Brand, Performance Operation and Sales teams to align partnership strategies with Deezer's broader goals.
- Follow current KPIs for partnership marketing initiatives, measuring their impact on Deezer's growth and engagement. In addition, conduct on-demand reporting & analysis to evangelize and demonstrate ROI
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Seasoned professional (7-10 years of experience) in partnership marketing, business development, or related fields.
- Proven ability to define and execute partnership strategies while blending strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Strong expertise in global partnership ecosystems, including telco, device manufacturers, and/or retail sectors.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in the music or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French is required, any additional language is a plus.
