MISSION
As Head of People, you will be responsible for the entire people function of 27 adorable souls, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, learning & development, and HR operations.
You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring the organization has the right structures, culture, and processes to thrive.
Job Scope:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, offers)- Oversee onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires
People Operations
- Maintain and optimize HR systems, processes, and policies- Manage contracts, freelancers' agreements, and HR documentation
Culture & Engagement
- Promote a strong company culture aligned with our values- Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and well-being- Support leadership in building a positive and inclusive remote workplace- Manage onboarding & offboarding process- Streamline all onboarding processes with the head of departments
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and implement development programs.- Support managers with coaching, performance management, and career pathing
Strategic HR
- Partner with the CEO to align people strategy with business growth- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on organizational development, Teamship:

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Excellent fluency in English and French languages.- At least one year of customer support experience.- At least one year of experience with any CRM platform (Zendesk, SalesForce, or Hubspot preferred).
Must be efficient with at least basic skills in word and excel- You speak English and French fluently- You are a great relationship builder, sales at heart- You are a master at negotiating
Work requirements:
- Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps- A headphone with a microphone (preferably a noise-canceling one)- Reliable PC device (at least 8 GB RAM).- Power bank and internet and data package back-up (3G/4G/5G) (if your wifi is down)- AVAILABILITY and SCHEDULE:
Full-time in Paris Time Zone (Central European Time)
