The Service holder will be acting through the C&P P2P process, which involves the management of the workflow for the Purchase Requests (PR's) and the creation and modification of the Purchase Orders (PO's). The process includes the management of various type of contracts, but mainly: Technical Assistance Services, Third Parties Services, and any PR-PO's linked with EPC's Contracts (ex: Variation Orders). Reporting to the Project Control Manager (PCM), the service provider will be liaising with the PCM Team, Package Managers and 3rd parties' contractors as needed, and managing any issues related to PR's-PO's activities for the B58 Suriname Project throughout the Project life cycle. ACTIVITIES The Service Supplier will participate actively in the PCM activities, covering all B58 Suriname packages (FPSO, SURF, SPS, Drilling). The Service holder will highlight all matters regarding PR's, POs to the Cost Control Lead, using SAP Unisol, supporting procurement processes and maintaining data accuracy across systems. The Service holder will apply the SURINAME Affiliates C&P procedures in all steps of the PR's-PO's process and will be a focal point with Affiliate when needed. Part of the Service will include, but not be limited to, preparing, analyzing, processing, and presenting all information and documentation related to PR's & POs. When required it will be participating in the Controls SOX activities linked with POs in close liaison with the Cost Control Lead. The service holder may participate to the training or assistance to the Project stakeholders within their routine actions linked with PR's & PO's (workflow monitoring, validation, rejection, etc...) The service holder shall highlight and escalate any issues presented regarding PR's &POs and propose any mitigation action whenever needed / identified. CONTEXT & ENVIRONNENT The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname. The Suriname GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the studies managed by the client OneTech on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58. The technical challenges the GPI / Project will face are the reservoir development and management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection system. The Suriname Team will develop the Project with the objectives of maximizing economic results by optimizing the reserves, and the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focusing.

The service holder will be in charge of the TAS coordination for the Suriname GPI (''Groupe Projet Interne'') / Project. ACTIVITIES The Service Holder shall: * Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regards to the COMPANY Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy and promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program in force. * Ensure that Project procedures regarding Technical Assistance contractual and legal aspects are respected and properly implemented by all Project teams. * Organize, when services shall be contracted, the call for tenders (including commercial evaluation of offers, technical and commercial recommendations) in accordance with Project rules and procedures. * Launch the Technical Assistance Services Call for Tenders. Develop, negotiate the contracts and all the associated conditions pertaining to assistance contracts with qualified Technical Assistance Services companies (Considering the existing TAS Frame Agreements) * Coordinate awarded contracts including relationship with Technical Assistance companies for invoicing / accounting matters and preparing renewal/s of the contract/s, when necessary, in a timely manner. * Contribute to the management of Project HR file regarding the Contracted data (Mobilization date, etc. ...) * Produce regularly reports to the GPI / Project HR & Administration manager any areas of concern. * Ensure strict confidentiality for all the HR data/information/documentation received or issued (whatever its support) CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname a land of opportunity, in affiliate being created and whose challenges and scope are currently being defined. The Service Holder will be responsible for all the Steel Lazy Wave Riser design activities and technical matters related to the Venus project, as part of the GPI (''Groupe Projet Interne'') Venus team. This will include but not be limited to reviewing, approving, preparing and managing all studies and Contractors, Suppliers and Sub-Suppliers documentation related to the Service Holder field of expertise during FEED, Call For Tender and EPCI phases. The project consists of: * Production system: 2-off rings, 4-off (~25 km) Steel Lazy Wave Risers (SLWR), 6-off (71km) wet insulated rigid flowlines and 4-off rigid spools in CS and CRA lined pipe (WOL/MLP/HRB), as well as 19-off rigid jumpers in Duplex, * Gas Injection system: 2-off, 2-off SLWR (~12 km), 2-off (35 km) rigid flowlines and 2-off rigid spools in CS and CRA lined pipe (WOL/MLP/HRB), as well as 19-off TCP jumpers * Control system: 2-off dynamic and18-off static umbilicals, 2-off SDU, 38 XTs and associated FL. and associated subsea structures, equipment and ancillaries, for a very deep-water (>3000m) oil greenfield project. The Service Holder shall also assist the umbilical and flexible specialists in all matter related to the Service Holder field of expertise. The Service Holder will provide support to the SURF Technical Manager and the SURF team and liaise with other project teams (SPS and FPSO). ACTIVITIES 1. Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regards to H3SE&Q, to implement and control H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility. Ensure all flowlines technical documentation and SURF Contractor activities comply with H3SE&Q requirements and highlight any potential deviations. Ensure safe working practices are implemented along all phases of project 2. Be responsible for all FEED SLWR engineering activities and manage all FEED contractor technical activities, 4. Be responsible for preparation and timely delivery of the SLWRs sub-system (4-off Prod SLWR and 2-off GI SLWR) Call For Tender technical package of the SURF EPCI Contract, considering the impact of other SURF/FPSO sub-systems (Lazy Wave Umbilicals, FPSO mooring lines, future riser development) 5. Be responsible for review, fitness for purpose and compliance to Project and Company requirements of SURF Tenderers Technical offers. Lead the technical clarifications with Tenderers and ensure timely closing of technical qualifications. Carry out Tenders technical evaluation and support for preparation of RTA technical part, 6. Define, develop, issue and maintain all necessary technical documentation related to the SLWR activities. Support and participate to the development and maintenance of Project Management main documents (SOR, FDP, PEP, PQP, Risks, etc.), 7. Ensure follow-up / review / validation of progress performed by Contractor and its Suppliers with regards to his/her disciplines and analyze/report drifts that could occur and propose remedial solutions 8. The Service Holder shall proactively provide alternative designs or technical solutions whenever required, accounting for the various constraints of project packages, such as reducing as much as possible the hook-up and in-place loads to minimize SLWR fatigue and the FPSO required pull-in winch capacity, mitigate potential clashes with other SURF items (umbilical and mooring lines), assist the Installation Lead to optimize the SLWR/Umbilicals wet parking configurations and sub-sequent transfer activities to FPSO, assist Umbilical and Flexible Engineers in Orcaflex studies, etc... 9. Supervise and control the detailed engineering by timely reviewing the disciplines-related documentation issued by Contractor (technical documentation / queries / derogation requests...), in order to ensure compliance with Project Specifications and Procedures (when applicable), international norms and standards with the objective to ensure respect of the schedule and to optimize costs without impacting required level of Quality and Safety 10. Raise consequently necessary comments and highlight unsafe design, deviations, unacceptable / unjustified design choices, constructability issues 11. Act, as technical referent vis-à-vis Contractor(s) for SLWR matters, and follow-up the Suppliers providing equipment for the SLWR, e.g.: flexible or titanium stress joint, buoyancy, VIV strakes... 12. Ensure technical compliance throughout the Project life of the engineered, procured, fabricated, tested and installed SLWR. Ensure all technical, QA/QC and H3SE project policies and requirements are duly implemented and ensure Contractors' compliance with contractual requirements in all areas. Anticipate and ensure adequate and timely reporting to the Technical Manager of any concern, issue or potential deviation. Propose timely and adequate solutions and optimizations. 13. Ensure that his/her work is in line with riser specialists of Company Headquarters, 14. Liaise with other package teams (SPS, FPSO) for interface matters with the support of Interface Managers and leads, 15. Organize and participate to Project Reviews, 16. Assist and support the Technical Manager and the Subsea Manager on all aspects of the SLWR activities related Call For Tender, Clarification & evaluation process, project execution and contracts management, and with the relations with Partners 17. Coordinate with other Team Members including the SURF contract engineer for the follow-up of correspondence and contract activities throughout the full CFT process and during Project Execution 18. Participate to the Installation Phase, tests, commissioning and handover, assisting when necessary the Installation Leader during all the offshore work campaigns. 19. Gather 'lessons learnt' and provide feedback to the company entities as required. Assist in the formalization of the close-out report CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT The activity takes place in the context of the FEED, Call For Tender, and Project Execution Phase of a major very Deep Water greenfield Project in Namibia. The Venus GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the development studies on the Deep-Water discoveries of offshore Namibia Block 2913B. The technical challenges the GPI / Project will face are the reservoirs development and management, the subsea production/injection system definition in a challenging environment. The Venus Project will be developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus.

The purpose of the service activities is to carry out all the technical flow assurance studies for block 58, as part of the installations necessary for the development of the first field of B58. Carrying out all the flow assurance studies for GPI Suriname Project. Preparing and monitoring of the HIPS file, when necessary. ACTIVITIES * Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior with regards to HSE, implement HSE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility. * Preparation of documents bringing together the design bases necessary for flow assurance studies, requiring consultation with other disciplines, and integration of the results of fluid analyzes for which data must be obtained. * Definition of the flow assurance studies to be carried out at each stage of the studies, together with the identification of assistance and subcontracting needs. The provider will be monitoring and completing all the required studies. * Management of the progress of flow assurance activities, advice and guidance of technical contractor and GPI teams involved in Flow-Assurance activities, proposal of necessary technical decisions on time. * Verification of the proper production of internal deliverables and contractor deliverables relating to the Flow-Assurance discipline (quality and deadlines). * Be the focal point for Flow Assurance for the various reviews and technical audits planned (i.e. preparation, monitoring, closure). * Selection and optimal sizing of networks and definition of their operability regarding hydraulic, thermal and fluid risks or design constraints linked to the different packages; investigation into possible design options and carrying out sensitivity studies to make the necessary technical decisions. * Definition and preparation of summary documents of the flow assurance data necessary for each package according to the study stages. * Ensure that all flow assurance and process studies are consistent with operating philosophy. Highlight any modification in the operating philosophy that is shown necessary by flow assurance and process studies. * Participate to HAZID/HAZOP, PID review, safety engineering review as required for Process/FA discipline. The service provider is responsible for coordinating all the H3SE management activities during the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Commissioning and Installation phases carried out by Contractor, Subcontractors of the Project to ensure the personnel safety, construction integrity, respect for the environment and reputation of the Company. The service provider enforces HSE management procedures and decisions/directions taken by Project H3SE Manager. The service provider ensures the follow-up of Contractor's H3SE management activities and performances through Contractor H3SE recording / reporting and liaise with the H3SE package lead accordingly and ensures the liaison and reporting with the Project H3SE Manager and with the Package Managers. Responsible for the review of H3SE documentation produced by Contractor and Subcontractors and to coordinate with H3SE package lead to verify their implementation and compliance on site, the service holder will be providing support in HSE methods to H3SE package lead; participating regularly to inspections and audits of Contractor work sites' HSE Management System and practices; being accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour with regard to H3SE rules & requirements. ACTIVITIES As the HSE method Lead Service holder will demonstrate and execute a number of activities as described below. Main Duties will include but not be limited to: * Implement and maintain a proper H3SE recording / reporting system and to follow Contractors' H3SE activities through their recording / reporting and that of HSE package leads * Ensure the follow-up of H3SE indicators (KPI's) and tracking of anomalies, incidents, accidents performed by the Contractors * Consolidate overall project's Internal HSE weekly reports and to issue overall project's HSE weekly / monthly H3SE Reports at management level * Ensure adequate and timely reporting to Package Managers and Project H3SE Manager * Maintain Project Emergency Response plan * Update the Company Project's HSE Management plan and update associated policies, procedures and plans * Participate, as required, to H3SE audits / visits / tours and/or review, as necessary, associated audit reports and to follow-up implementation of relevant corrective action plans * Participate, as required, in investigations of significant H3SE anomalies, incidents or accidents * Assist the H3SE Project Manager in anticipating and planning the H3SE organization, means and resources for the performance of H3SE activities. * Support H3SE package lead and H3SE Manager for H3SE Committees and other Package HSE events * Ensure that Project personnel have the required HSE competencies and that HSE trainings are performed as planned. * Ensure confidentiality of all the documentation issued under his area of responsibility. This will include but not be limited to and be reviewing, approving and dossiers Call For Tender and EPFS phases for the SPS system for a very deep water oil greenfield project. ACTIVITIES 1. Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to H3SE&Q, to implement and control H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility. Ensure all technical documentation and SPS Contractor activities comply with H3SE&Q requirements and highlight any potential deviations. Ensure safe working practices are implemented along all phases of project. 2. Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to the Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy, promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program within the Project 3. Be informed of SPS-related Company Rules and Specifications (CR's/GS's), international norms, and standards, extracting all the applicable requirements for the SPS package. 4. Identify, implement, and manage any study, or/and qualification program that would be requested for SPS engineering, construction, fabrication, testing, installation. 5. Ensure that all engineering, fabrication, construction, testing, qualification pre-commissioning, and commissioning aspects are suitably addressed during the different engineering phases by timely reviewing (or having reviewed) and validating the relevant SPS documentation issued by Contractor(s) (technical documentation/queries/derogation requests). 6. Coordinate the Materials, Welding & NDE studies related to design, risk analysis, QA/QC, etc. 7. Ensure a clear definition of the technical scope of work and interfaces between contracts, produce required CFT documentation, and review bidders' proposed execution plan and schedule. 8. Supervise and approve of Materials, Welding & NDE-related detailed design activities and support Engineering Manager in advising on and supporting qualification activities, linked to the use of new or non-standard/common technology (NDE, Welding & Materials matters, etc.) 9. Coordinate welding and NDT expertise and audit and vetting of equipment and service providers for the Welding & Materials procurement and construction 10. Welding competence requirements; knowledge of low alloy steel F22/8630 A77 etc, buttered connections, weld overlay, super duplex stainless steel butt welding of large bore 11. Define, develop, issue and maintain all necessary technical documentation related to the Venus SPS packages. Support and participate also to the development and maintenance of Project Management main documents (SOR, FDP, PEP, PQP, Risks, etc.) for SPS matters. 12. Ensure that HSE&Q issues are correctly handled in all SPS technical documentation. Raise subsequent comments and highlight deviations and unacceptable or unjustified design choices that could affect SPS equipment during fabrication, installation, and production. 13. Act, as technical referent for Contractor(s), coordinate all the activities of the SPS Engineering team by informing, supporting, and directing personnel in their roles, responsibilities, and objectives. 14. Participate in project reviews as requested by our referential (PR, DER, CSPP...). 15. Ensure safe working practices are used within the team during all phases of the project 16.
