The Service holder will be acting through the C&P P2P process, which involves the management of the workflow for the Purchase Requests (PR's) and the creation and modification of the Purchase Orders (PO's). The process includes the management of various type of contracts, but mainly: Technical Assistance Services, Third Parties Services, and any PR-PO's linked with EPC's Contracts (ex: Variation Orders). Reporting to the Project Control Manager (PCM), the service provider will be liaising with the PCM Team, Package Managers and 3rd parties' contractors as needed, and managing any issues related to PR's-PO's activities for the B58 Suriname Project throughout the Project life cycle. ACTIVITIES The Service Supplier will participate actively in the PCM activities, covering all B58 Suriname packages (FPSO, SURF, SPS, Drilling). The Service holder will highlight all matters regarding PR's, POs to the Cost Control Lead, using SAP Unisol, supporting procurement processes and maintaining data accuracy across systems. The Service holder will apply the SURINAME Affiliates C&P procedures in all steps of the PR's-PO's process and will be a focal point with Affiliate when needed. Part of the Service will include, but not be limited to, preparing, analyzing, processing, and presenting all information and documentation related to PR's & POs. When required it will be participating in the Controls SOX activities linked with POs in close liaison with the Cost Control Lead. The service holder may participate to the training or assistance to the Project stakeholders within their routine actions linked with PR's & PO's (workflow monitoring, validation, rejection, etc...) The service holder shall highlight and escalate any issues presented regarding PR's &POs and propose any mitigation action whenever needed / identified. The Service Holder will be responsible for all the Steel Lazy Wave Riser design activities and technical matters related to the Venus project, as part of the GPI (''Groupe Projet Interne'') Venus team. This will include but not be limited to reviewing, approving, preparing and managing all studies and Contractors, Suppliers and Sub-Suppliers documentation related to the Service Holder field of expertise during FEED, Call For Tender and EPCI phases. The project consists of: * Production system: 2-off rings, 4-off (~25 km) Steel Lazy Wave Risers (SLWR), 6-off (71km) wet insulated rigid flowlines and 4-off rigid spools in CS and CRA lined pipe (WOL/MLP/HRB), as well as 19-off rigid jumpers in Duplex, * Gas Injection system: 2-off, 2-off SLWR (~12 km), 2-off (35 km) rigid flowlines and 2-off rigid spools in CS and CRA lined pipe (WOL/MLP/HRB), as well as 19-off TCP jumpers * Control system: 2-off dynamic and18-off static umbilicals, 2-off SDU, 38 XTs and associated FL. and associated subsea structures, equipment and ancillaries, for a very deep-water (>3000m) oil greenfield project. The Service Holder shall also assist the umbilical and flexible specialists in all matter related to the Service Holder field of expertise. The Service Holder will provide support to the SURF Technical Manager and the SURF team and liaise with other project teams (SPS and FPSO). ACTIVITIES 1. Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regards to H3SE&Q, to implement and control H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility. Ensure all flowlines technical documentation and SURF Contractor activities comply with H3SE&Q requirements and highlight any potential deviations. Ensure safe working practices are implemented along all phases of project 2. Define, develop, issue and maintain all necessary technical documentation related to the SLWR activities. Support and participate to the development and maintenance of Project Management main documents (SOR, FDP, PEP, PQP, Risks, etc.), 7. Ensure follow-up / review / validation of progress performed by Contractor and its Suppliers with regards to his/her disciplines and analyze/report drifts that could occur and propose remedial solutions 8. The Service Holder shall proactively provide alternative designs or technical solutions whenever required, accounting for the various constraints of project packages, such as reducing as much as possible the hook-up and in-place loads to minimize SLWR fatigue and the FPSO required pull-in winch capacity, mitigate potential clashes with other SURF items (umbilical and mooring lines), assist the Installation Lead to optimize the SLWR/Umbilicals wet parking configurations and sub-sequent transfer activities to FPSO, assist Umbilical and Flexible Engineers in Orcaflex studies, etc... 9. Supervise and control the detailed engineering by timely reviewing the disciplines-related documentation issued by Contractor (technical documentation / queries / derogation requests...), in order to ensure compliance with Project Specifications and Procedures (when applicable), international norms and standards with the objective to ensure respect of the schedule and to optimize costs without impacting required level of Quality and Safety 10. Raise consequently necessary comments and highlight unsafe design, deviations, unacceptable / unjustified design choices, constructability issues 11. Act, as technical referent vis-à-vis Contractor(s) for SLWR matters, and follow-up the Suppliers providing equipment for the SLWR, e.g.: flexible or titanium stress joint, buoyancy, VIV strakes... 12. Ensure technical compliance throughout the Project life of the engineered, procured, fabricated, tested and installed SLWR. Assist and support the Technical Manager and the Subsea Manager on all aspects of the SLWR activities related Call For Tender, Clarification & evaluation process, project execution and contracts management, and with the relations with Partners 17. Coordinate with other Team Members including the SURF contract engineer for the follow-up of correspondence and contract activities throughout the full CFT process and during Project Execution 18. Participate to the Installation Phase, tests, commissioning and handover, assisting when necessary the Installation Leader during all the offshore work campaigns. 19. The purpose of the service activities is to carry out all the technical flow assurance studies for block 58, as part of the installations necessary for the development of the first field of B58. Carrying out all the flow assurance studies for GPI Suriname Project. Preparing and monitoring of the HIPS file, when necessary. The service provider is responsible for coordinating all the H3SE management activities during the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Commissioning and Installation phases carried out by Contractor, Subcontractors of the Project to ensure the personnel safety, construction integrity, respect for the environment and reputation of the Company. The service provider enforces HSE management procedures and decisions/directions taken by Project H3SE Manager. The service provider ensures the follow-up of Contractor's H3SE management activities and performances through Contractor H3SE recording / reporting and liaise with the H3SE package lead accordingly and ensures the liaison and reporting with the Project H3SE Manager and with the Package Managers. Responsible for the review of H3SE documentation produced by Contractor and Subcontractors and to coordinate with H3SE package lead to verify their implementation and compliance on site, the service holder will be providing support in HSE methods to H3SE package lead; participating regularly to inspections and audits of Contractor work sites' HSE Management System and practices; being accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour with regard to H3SE rules & requirements. ACTIVITIES As the HSE method Lead Service holder will demonstrate and execute a number of activities as described below.
