MISSION

The service holder will be in charge of the TAS coordination for the Suriname GPI (''Groupe Projet Interne'') / Project.
ACTIVITIES
The Service Holder shall:
* Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regards to the COMPANY Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy and promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program in force.
* Ensure that Project procedures regarding Technical Assistance contractual and legal aspects are respected and properly implemented by all Project teams.
* Organize, when services shall be contracted, the call for tenders (including commercial evaluation of offers, technical and commercial recommendations) in accordance with Project rules and procedures.
* Launch the Technical Assistance Services Call for Tenders. Develop, negotiate the contracts and all the associated conditions pertaining to assistance contracts with qualified Technical Assistance Services companies (Considering the existing TAS Frame Agreements)
* Coordinate awarded contracts including relationship with Technical Assistance companies for invoicing / accounting matters and preparing renewal/s of the contract/s, when necessary, in a timely manner.
* Contribute to the management of Project HR file regarding the Contracted data (Mobilization date, etc. ...)
* Produce regularly reports to the GPI / Project HR & Administration manager any areas of concern.
* Ensure strict confidentiality for all the HR data/information/documentation received or issued (whatever its support)

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname a land of opportunity, in affiliate being created and whose challenges and scope are currently being defined. The Suriname GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the development studies managed by the company on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58.
The technical challenges the GPI / Project will face are the reservoirs development and management, the FPSO and subsea production/injection system.
The Suriname Project will be developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focusing.

The Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead has a double reporting line; to the EPCI Manager regarding the EPCI quality activities and to the Upstream Director regarding the overall Upstream quality activities which include CPI (subsea production system, umbilical, onshore modules), Drilling & Completions and EPCI (pipelines, subsea structures, flexibles) packages. At peak the Company Team reporting to the Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead is expected to be circa 3 no. full time positions. In addition, there will be further quality related personnel embedded into the EPCI Teams across various sites which will functionally report on quality topics to the Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead. The Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead will maintain a communication line to the CPI and Drilling and completion Quality Leads in order to promote the Upstream Quality Management system across the different packages. The Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead and is accountable for the management and delivery of the quality activities related to the Offshore Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) Contract, for the main remaining EPCI activities: * PSM (Preservation Storage and Maintenance) of the different material and equipements stored. * Flexibles terminations (France). * Welding, NDT and Coating qualifications for the shallow water and deepwater pipelines (UK, NL, USA). * Spool base pipes reeling (USA). * Subsea structures fabrication PLET/ILT (Egypte). * Offshore installation in Mozambique. * Remaining procurement.
