The Service provider will enable the Germany Offshore Wind Projects (NordSee Energies 1, NordSee Energies 2 and OstSee Energies) team to achieve critical project milestones in accordance with project requirements. The service will be performed within the Foundation and T&I Package in close collaboration and coordination with the Project Management. The service provider will play an essential role in developing the engineering and tender documentation associated with the T&I activities. The Service Provider shall provide support to the T&I Lead on in accordance with project's requirements and actively ensure interfaces between packages are identified and captured. ACTIVITIES The service provider will be responsible to participate in the development of the T&I engineering and execution preparation activities related to the German Offshore Wind projects, NSE1, NSE2 and OSE. Such responsibilities include: * provide support to package lead in refining and implementing the contractual strategy for T&I operations related to foundations (including specific equipment, noise mitigation, scour protection, etc), turbines and IAC; in a complex environment with very high industrial demands from the Offshore Wind industry, requiring early commitments. * Participate to the tendering process (including bid preparation, evaluation, and recommendations to award), negotiations with potential contractors, * Contribute to the revision and validation of technical specifications and employer's requirements. * Collaborate with C&P for final T&I contracts' awards and follow-up, * Support the T&I lead in the budget preparation and resource plan for the package in line with the project's future phases, * Ensure a good coordination with Contractors' teams and a real cooperation between Contractor and Company teams to ensure a profitable and efficient collaboration during the tender and future phases. * Contribute to the projects interfaces matrix and to manage the external technical interfaces of the T&I package with the other Project packages (WTG, Foundation (FOU), IAC and O&M packages), and the internal interfaces with the teams in charge of the permitting, the certification and the environmental subjects, * Provide support in procurement activities related to FOU and IAC, * Maintain close coordination with the permitting team with a strong focus on complying with the requirements from the German regulatory for the performance of the work, * Support the development of the Project Safety Philosophy for the construction and installation phase (including at marshalling ports) and thereafter ensure that the contractor safety plans are effectively managed. * Assist in developing the Project quality system related to the T&I scope engineering, logistics, the lifting means, the marine operations and to develop and implement the specific surveillance plan for the contracted scopes. * Ensure the validity of design decision and change management through market engagement, cost-benefit studies, ad-hoc logistics studies, weather downtime assessment and risk analysis. * Perform logistics studies and liaise with package managers (WTG, FOU, IAC and O&M) to ensure efficient coordination for the delivery of the main equipment for installation by T&I package. * Perform other tasks and take on additional duties as reasonably assigned by the project management team. * Service provider will be responsible to provide feedback to relative departments in the interest of continuous improvements. * Service provider shall demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Ethics and Company "Code of Conduct" policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within the said area of responsibility. The service holder is responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities that could be necessary during the Life of Project and FEED activities up to the close out. ACTIVITIES * Is accountable for all matters related to the PVV (Piping, Valves and Vessel) engineering, fit for purpose and with full respect to the Statement Of Requirement with approved changes. * Represents the COMPANY technical authority for PVV disciplines. * Prepares and suggests technical content of essential studies to initiate CONTRACTOR action and conformity with state of the art. * Supervises all subcontracted studies and provides support to other packages with the support of Head Quarters specialist. * Ensure Piping and valves design choices considering constructability, operability, and flexibility of the facilities. * Ensure Vessel design choices considering constructability, operability, and flexibility of the facilities. Vessel includes Static and Thermal Equipment (heat exchangers). * Proposes recommendations on technical deviation requests and keeps updated the documentation related to the PVV discipline. * Participates to studies required by third parties as required. * Communicates and applies the H3SE policies of the COMPANY and ensure the engineering is developed accordingly. * Ensures the correct implementation of COMPANY rules and specifications (CR's/ GS's), Project specifications, relevant international standards, and any applicable regulations requirements. * Get assistance from company's specialists, or third parties, if required, for specific topics * Coordinate with our affiliate in Nigeria as necessary * Leads the review of the CONTRACTOR' key deliverables. * Provides technical assistance to the project for any technical audits (required by the banks and the insurance companies or Board of Directors, HAZOP, PR...). * Participate, in coordination, with others to the Inspection and Tests Plans (ITP) and FAT preparation and execution. To attend meetings / FATs with VENDORS where necessary. * Manages the Static and Thermal Equipment development of engineering specifications and provide quality assurance in the procurement of materials, equipment and services to ensure conformity with sound engineering practice and cost effectiveness. * Provide support and search for VENDORS assistance if needed. * Ensure the quality and completeness of PVV designs/packages Final Documentation (deliverables both from the CONTRACTOR and the VENDORS) in compliance with the Project Scope of Work, Specifications and Procedures and allowing an adequate hand-over to the operation. * Ensures that all PVV equipment are commissioned and started up as per detailed engineering documentation and accordingly to Vendor recommendations. Provide support and search for Vendor assistance if needed. * Reports potential impact on overall project strategy, planning and target achievement. * Promotes workshops with the HQ specialist and or CONTRACTOR's specialist to ensure COMPANY concepts and comments are well understood and quickly integrated in technical documents. * Guides CONTRACTOR main design selection in a Fit-for-Purpose approach to reach an optimized design. Accordingly, he promotes and follow until approval the deviation request to COMPANY requirements in the main time. * Ensures through efficient review the good respect of the applicable frame of reference. * Participates actively to proper interface management with Process, Safety, Rotating, Electrical... studies. * Reviews and comments the key technical documents of the interfacing disciplines. * Participates to the Project HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, PR. * Organizes with its counterpart discipline weekly meetings and report highlights to its management with proposed mitigation measures when deemed required. * Participates to internal engineering weekly meetings. Reporting areas of concern to Engineering Manager. * Provides its technical inputs to any contractual discussions with CONTRACTOR. * Contributes to the development of the digital plant though the centric data management when applicable. * Call for/Participate to interfaces coordination activities and ensure synergies are developed between the different CONTRACTORS. * Participate to VENDORS evaluation and for LLIs technical evaluation. * Get knowledge of the Nigerian norms and practices and use it in project when relevant. * Assist commissioning, start up and Operation team when required. Both projects are innovation driven with Conductor Supported Platform and Zapock pipeline concepts to be rolled-out and are developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus. Ntokon project * is a development in OML102 block in Nigeria based on minimalistic wellhead platform tied-back to Ofon OFP2 CPP via 26km pipelines (1 multiphasic production line, 1 water injection line). * FEED started in October 2024 for 5 months, FID is expected end Q2 2025 and first oil Q2 2027. Ima Project * is a development in OML112/117 block in Nigeria based on minimalistic wellhead platform tied-back to BNAG CPF via 23km pipelines (15km offshore, 8km onshore). * FEED starts in Q1 2025, FID is expected end Q4 2025 and first oil Q1 2028.

The Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead has a double reporting line; to the EPCI Manager regarding the EPCI quality activities and to the Upstream Director regarding the overall Upstream quality activities which include CPI (subsea production system, umbilical, onshore modules), Drilling & Completions and EPCI (pipelines, subsea structures, flexibles) packages. At peak the Company Team reporting to the Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead is expected to be circa 3 no. full time positions. In addition, there will be further quality related personnel embedded into the EPCI Teams across various sites which will functionally report on quality topics to the Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead. The Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead will maintain a communication line to the CPI and Drilling and completion Quality Leads in order to promote the Upstream Quality Management system across the different packages. The Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead and is accountable for the management and delivery of the quality activities related to the Offshore Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) Contract, for the main remaining EPCI activities: * PSM (Preservation Storage and Maintenance) of the different material and equipements stored. * Flexibles terminations (France). * Welding, NDT and Coating qualifications for the shallow water and deepwater pipelines (UK, NL, USA). * Spool base pipes reeling (USA). * Subsea structures fabrication PLET/ILT (Egypte). * Offshore installation in Mozambique. * Remaining procurement. The Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead shall assume Company responsibility for delivery of the required quality activities to support the EPCI scope working in conjunction with his counterparts in the EPCI Contractor and other members of the Company Project Team. The job holder is expected to ensure that a robust fit for purpose quality scope is delivered in line with agreed execution plans, technical requirements, and Project HSEQ requirements. Normally resident in the offices of the consortium in the Paris - France there will be a need for the incumbent to travel on regular missions to; the fabrication site, offshore installation vessels, Mozambique and other project locations where work is ongoing. ACTIVITIES Upstream Perimeter * Development and implement the Upstream Quality Management System. * Cascade the Upstream Quality Management System across the CPI, EPCI and Drilling and Completions packages. * Be the technical focal point for the Third-Party Inspection contracts. * Determinate the quality resources and budget needed to ensure that the quality objectives will meet. * Liaise with Company HQ subject matter experts to resolve quality issues. * Provide effective leadership in Quality performance and compliance across Upstream packages. EPCI Perimeter * Provide management and leadership to direct reports within the Quality Team during all project phases. * Monitor and manage all facets of quality activities within the EPCI scope of work to ensure that quality requirements are, as a minimum, met or improved upon. * Implement a quality readiness process (part of a wider work readiness process) to ensure a progressive preparation is made by both MTV and Company towards the start of site activities and that this is documented. * Establish a Quality Team organization (with organization chart and mob / demob plan) matched to the relevant project phases and ensure that resources are identified, mobilized, and demobilized in accordance with the plan - including provisioning of TPIs as needed. * Bring to earliest attention of EPCI Manager quality issues which present a significant threat to the Project and in addition offer mitigating measures / work plans. * Review Contractor documentation (plans, procedures, risk assessments, reports etc.) and prepare Company project documentation as required. * Contribute to lessons learned processes. * Ensure all quality activities are performed in compliance with project contractual and technical requirements and are fit for purpose. * Lead / participate in quality assurance program audit activities. * Follow up non-conformance reports and ensure resulting corrective actions are implemented.
