The Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead has a double reporting line; to the EPCI Manager regarding the EPCI quality activities and to the Upstream Director regarding the overall Upstream quality activities which include CPI (subsea production system, umbilical, onshore modules), Drilling & Completions and EPCI (pipelines, subsea structures, flexibles) packages. At peak the Company Team reporting to the Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead is expected to be circa 3 no. full time positions. In addition, there will be further quality related personnel embedded into the EPCI Teams across various sites which will functionally report on quality topics to the Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead. The Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead will maintain a communication line to the CPI and Drilling and completion Quality Leads in order to promote the Upstream Quality Management system across the different packages. The Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead and is accountable for the management and delivery of the quality activities related to the Offshore Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) Contract, for the main remaining EPCI activities: * PSM (Preservation Storage and Maintenance) of the different material and equipements stored. * Flexibles terminations (France). * Welding, NDT and Coating qualifications for the shallow water and deepwater pipelines (UK, NL, USA). * Spool base pipes reeling (USA). * Subsea structures fabrication PLET/ILT (Egypte). * Offshore installation in Mozambique. * Remaining procurement. The Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead shall assume Company responsibility for delivery of the required quality activities to support the EPCI scope working in conjunction with his counterparts in the EPCI Contractor and other members of the Company Project Team. The job holder is expected to ensure that a robust fit for purpose quality scope is delivered in line with agreed execution plans, technical requirements, and Project HSEQ requirements. Normally resident in the offices of the consortium in the Paris - France there will be a need for the incumbent to travel on regular missions to; the fabrication site, offshore installation vessels, Mozambique and other project locations where work is ongoing. ACTIVITIES Upstream Perimeter * Development and implement the Upstream Quality Management System. * Cascade the Upstream Quality Management System across the CPI, EPCI and Drilling and Completions packages. * Be the technical focal point for the Third-Party Inspection contracts. * Determinate the quality resources and budget needed to ensure that the quality objectives will meet. * Liaise with Company HQ subject matter experts to resolve quality issues. * Provide effective leadership in Quality performance and compliance across Upstream packages. EPCI Perimeter * Provide management and leadership to direct reports within the Quality Team during all project phases. * Monitor and manage all facets of quality activities within the EPCI scope of work to ensure that quality requirements are, as a minimum, met or improved upon. * Implement a quality readiness process (part of a wider work readiness process) to ensure a progressive preparation is made by both MTV and Company towards the start of site activities and that this is documented. * Establish a Quality Team organization (with organization chart and mob / demob plan) matched to the relevant project phases and ensure that resources are identified, mobilized, and demobilized in accordance with the plan - including provisioning of TPIs as needed. * Bring to earliest attention of EPCI Manager quality issues which present a significant threat to the Project and in addition offer mitigating measures / work plans. * Review Contractor documentation (plans, procedures, risk assessments, reports etc.) and prepare Company project documentation as required. * Contribute to lessons learned processes. * Ensure all quality activities are performed in compliance with project contractual and technical requirements and are fit for purpose. * Lead / participate in quality assurance program audit activities. * Follow up non-conformance reports and ensure resulting corrective actions are implemented. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT * US $20 Billion investment, 17,000-acre LNG facility site that includes private airstrip, marine facilities, and 18 subsea wells - 5-year construction period, delivered utilizing a staff of 1500+ employees and contractors based in Houston, Milan, Paris, Singapore and Mozambique. * 12.88 MTPA from 2 Initial Trains - 25-year production period. * Mozambique LNG is a subsea (1,400m) to shore dry gas field development located in the norther part of Mozambique. The subsea field will be developed via 18 subsea wells, 7-production manifolds, 1-MEG manifold, 3 x 22in trunk lines, a 6in and 8in MEG lines, 18 x 10in in-field flowlines, 2 x 4in in-field MEG lines, associated ILTs and PLETs for all pipelines and flowlines, 25 control modules, 4 onshore umbilicals, 2 main tie-back umbilicals, 5 in-field umbilicals, 12 UTA assemblies, 189 electro hydraulic flying leads, 48 x 10" flexible jumpers, rigid jumpers and spools., * Development and implement the Upstream Quality Management System across the CPI, EPCI and Drilling and Completions packages. * Provide adequate and qualified Quality resources to the different packages, as per manpower plan and budget. * Safe and on time delivery of the quality scope of work within the EPCI Contract whilst ensuring a high level of quality consistent with a project design life of 30 years.

* HSE support for REN Growing Countries * Monitor and implement the company's H3SE policies, procedures, and programs. * Assist Project Execution Managers to ensure compliance by all project contractors to all relevant legislation and statutory requirements. * Identify potential hazards & recommend solutions at all stages of projects * Qualify new contractors on HSE point of view, review the HSE performance of contractors after each project. * Ensure at pre-development phase that HSE analysis phase are included into the CDGRP and CORISK Meeting for top management approval. * Review HSE Plans, Procedures, Method Statements, Risk assessments for the projects, & all Health, Safety & Environment related documentation to ensure compliance with Group and local requirements. * Implement, compile, report the REN Project HSE KPI jointly with Country representative and HSE Focal point identified. * Train & Coach Site HSE and perform On the job training * Assist Project Execution Managers to implement improvement & prohibition notice to contractors and set up recommendation & corrective action (including close out monitoring). * Lead accidents & incidents investigations. * Make sure of the proper availability and working condition of safety equipment

The service holder shall be involved in the ABSHERON FFD FEED and will be in charge of all the technical safety studies in particular process safety engineering and related operational requirements, including company and international standards (e.g., NFPA, API). The service holder will provide company-wide technical guidance and assistance during design-related to CPF facilities for adequacy of design, operations and maintenance. The service holder will initiate and participate in studies to resolve specific problems outside currently available technology. During FEED, the service holder will oversee the performance of the FEED CTR on time and on budget FEED deliverable submission for her or his scope of work and as well actively participate in the EPC CFT preparation. The service Holder could as well be involved during the current pre-feed extension. The service holder will perform this work in accordance with JOCAP and the Client OneTech and Project rules, guidelines and procedures. ACTIVITIES The service holder must possess strong experience in technical safety, and be able to identify, control and manage risks related to her or his scope of work and highlight any opportunities. This includes adhering to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values and Behaviours, as supported by the Safe System of Working including Accountability of Safety. The Service holder shall: * Reviews Contractual documents (Contractual Scope of Work, Responsibility Matrix, BoD, Project Technical specifications, Company standards) related to his or her discipline. * Participates to inter-discipline check of documents for its field of activity. * Review the hazard identification and consequence evaluation exercises. * Review the safety studies (EER, dropped object, flare radiation...). * Participate and review the hazardous area classification drawings. * Review and comment the fire and gas matrix. * Review and analyze the fire and gas, safety appliance locations and escape routes drawings, the specification of fire protection and fire detection systems. * Attend to the preparation / coordination of the documentation package for safety reviews (HAZID, FIREPRAN, HAZOP, SIL...), and produces the safety review reports. * Review and guide the design of fire protection and fire detection systems, the design of EER system. * Assist to the hydraulic studies of fire water systems. * Review the data sheets and the requisitions and perform Bid evaluations for the fire protection equipment and the life-saving appliances, assists to the definition of the lay-out. * Assist to the performance of the risks analysis and/or reliability studies. Shall review the noise control activities. * Verifies the correct implementation of the HSE aspects in the design and vendors documentation through audits and reviews. * Shall be aware of the Client HSE Standards. * Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings. * Knowledge of environmental principles, practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and current Country legislative issues.

The service holder is responsible for coordinating and supervising the ICSS package during the Life of Project and FEED activities up to the close out. ACTIVITIES * Compliance and Conduct: * Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding the Company's "Code of Conduct" and HSSE rules and regulations. * Implement HSE rules and requirements within your area of responsibility. * Comply with HSSE training requirements for the position. * Verify that H3SE rules are understood and respected on the worksites, ensuring safe working practices are used by Contractors at all project phases. * Team Management: Define, implement, and manage the ICSS team organization. Coordinate all activities of the ICSS team by informing, supporting, and directing personnel in their roles, responsibilities, and objectives. * Engineering Studies: Identify and manage all necessary ICSS engineering studies, ensuring they meet project objectives related to H3SE, schedule, cost, and quality. * Technical Documentation: Define, develop, issue, and maintain all necessary technical documentation related to the NTOKON ICSS package. * Contract Management: Apply the defined Contractual Strategy and prepare and establish all contracts related to the ICSS package. Manage the contracting process in accordance with TEP NIGERIA rules and project procedures up to Contract Award for contracts developed after FID. * Contractor Performance: Manage and control Contractors' performance in all areas, including H3SE, QA, technical requirements, costs, and planning. Ensure proper administration of contracts and participate as the Company Representative in meetings with Contractors. * Equipment Handover: Deliver and handover equipment to Operation Teams with the required quality, safety level, and fitness for purpose. * Budget Management: Prepare, issue, and closely manage successive ICSS Budgets to comply with the approved COMEX budget. * Reporting: Ensure adequate and timely reporting to Project Management on progress and concerns. * Interface Management: Ensure that interfaces with all other concerned packages (Drilling, CSP & Topsides, and Field Operation) are handled correctly. * Stakeholder Relations: Assist Project Management with relations with Partners and authorities regarding ICSS matters. Prepare and participate in Workshops/Committee meetings with Partners and authorities as required. * Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of all documentation produced, regardless of its format. * Lessons Learned: Gather lessons learned and provide feedback to other entities as required. * ICSS System Development: Manage all phases of the ICSS System development, ensuring it meets project specifications and H3SE standards. * Interface Management: Oversee the management of interfaces with other project packages, such as Topsides and CSP platforms. * Maximize Project Value: Contribute to maximizing the project's NPV by enhancing quality and productivity and reducing investments through optimal technical definitions and installations. * Field Operation Readiness: Ensure the ICSS System is fit for purpose, operable, maintainable, and reliable for field operations within the agreed budget and schedule. * Risk Management: Regularly update the Risk Register and implement mitigation actions. * Nigerian Content Plan: Implement the Nigerian Content Plan as approved by authorities and motivate Contractors to recruit and train Nigerian nationals. * Reporting and Communication: Report to Project Management and handle communication with partners and authorities regarding ICSS System matters. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT * Ntokon project is a development in OML102 block in Nigeria based on minimalistic wellhead platform tied-back to Ofon OFP2 CPP via 26km pipelines (1 multiphasic production line, 1 water injection line). * Ntokon is an innovation driven Project with Conductor Supported Platform and Zapock pipeline concepts to be rolled-out. * FEED will start October 2024 for 5 months, FID is expected end Q1 2025 and first oil Q2 2027 which intends to make Ntokon the flagship of the company's capacity to develop ressources in minimal time. * The Ntokon Project will be developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus. * Context and environment: Nigeria
