MISSION
The teams deliver operational security services to protect, detect and respond to cyber threats that could impact the Group. The team also ensures that Security principles are used, and that Products development and projects are aligned with Security strategy frameworks, as delivered by Group Security. Part of it, into the "Network & Messaging product" team, a web filtering solution to secure and filter access to and from Internet: this solution is entitled Secure Web Access, which is currently based on Skyhigh vendor. We are looking for the service of an external "Secure Web Access" Automation Engineering Service. Each year, we face the challenge of handling more than 9,000 requests from our internal customers through our ticketing system, ServiceNow. Therefore, we intend to automate a large portion of these requests to lighten the burden on our service teams. The service will also participate in the day-to-day operations of the product. Scope of Service As part of the Cyber Defense, the Service is responsible for the Support of any activities related to the global product and be a driving force in the initiative to automate our requests. As Web Gateway expert the Service must have technical expertise on User and Application's internet access delivery, and customer relation expertise to carry out all responsibilities below: Technically advise and support SWA Product management on the ownership and definition of the Product Strategy, roadmap and lifecycle to ensure to serve the security objectives Technically advise, lead and support technical discussion with Group security related to any topics related to the product Technically advise, lead and support any technical activity and improvement that may be set up on the proxy product and related to: o Policy configurations o Security reports requirement (who, what, when, how) o Performance improvement o Functional automation o New additional features o Service management (service catalog, internal processes, TOM, etc.) o Any others To challenge and lead technical discussion with the vendor for topics as service request, or incident ticket, or improvement plan or new feature, etc. To support and advise the BAU service provider (Cap Gemini) on some level 3 activities and work closely with their L2 support teams to technically lead and advise them on their daily activities To support, lead and manage incidents resolution related to web gateway daily operations. Support and technically advise on new customers' demands and assess the technical sets-up on proxy configurations to answer the need To technically advise, lead and support the standards definitions Prepare technical documentations and procedures to support the overall projects and BAU teams Analyze user or application internet activities for security purpose. Analyze user or application internet activities for performance improvement. To head up on the integration of the web gateway product with the overall Group environment More than a very technical expertise, as the Service will be in relation with many teams: Collaborate closely with Cyberdefense teams on security request and issue. Collaborate closely with project teams on Group program, cloud migrations, etc. Collaborate closely with vendor and provider to challenge, support and align their service to the need Collaborate closely with others Group product for any interaction that proxy may have with their own product (SEP, Windows edition, etc.) Collaborate closely with workplace support teams to support device browsing issue Collaborate closely with AD support teams to support authentication issue Collaborate closely with SILVA teams (ServiceNow) to setup automation DELIVERABLES : Documentation of technical standards and procedures Support in daily operations Presentation and reporting to management Scripting and automation to support daily activities Tools improvement Any deliveries related to project: o Proxy or web gateway Entity Assessment o Workshop Meetings IT teams o LLD (configurations and settings of Skyhigh solution) o POC and Pilot follow up o Migrations follow up and troubleshooting sessions o Service update o Expertise Transfer to BAU teams Expertise Technical Expertise: o Webgateways security mission and key design. o Skyhigh webgateway solution on premise & cloud o Migrating users from on premise proxy to Skyhigh web gateways Cloud solution. o Expertise in scripting and automation o Expertise in ServiceNow (AppEngine) o TLS inspection mechanisms. o Active Directory and Authentication mechanisms o End Point Protection mechanisms (SEP, Antivirus, EDR, DLP) o Microsoft Windows Device, Mac Os Device web browsing o Firewalling and Loadbalancing technology o Network and security key principles on Internet, LAN/WAN, SDWAN, Remote access VPN, Split tunneling o Workplace task Expertise o Expertise of server administration o +6 years' Expertise in Network/security Domain o Workplace/Server administration Expertise (preferred) o English environment - Mandatory o International environment (preferred) Keys points : Expertise in functional automation through ServiceNow Expertise in technical automation through scripting, APIs, etc. but can still integrate into the day-to-day operations of the team like the other SMEs.
