The service holder is responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities that could be necessary during the Life of Project and FEED activities up to the close out. ACTIVITIES * Is accountable for all matters related to the PVV (Piping, Valves and Vessel) engineering, fit for purpose and with full respect to the Statement Of Requirement with approved changes. * Represents the COMPANY technical authority for PVV disciplines. * Prepares and suggests technical content of essential studies to initiate CONTRACTOR action and conformity with state of the art. * Supervises all subcontracted studies and provides support to other packages with the support of Head Quarters specialist. * Ensure Piping and valves design choices considering constructability, operability, and flexibility of the facilities. * Ensure Vessel design choices considering constructability, operability, and flexibility of the facilities. Vessel includes Static and Thermal Equipment (heat exchangers). * Proposes recommendations on technical deviation requests and keeps updated the documentation related to the PVV discipline. * Participates to studies required by third parties as required. * Communicates and applies the H3SE policies of the COMPANY and ensure the engineering is developed accordingly. * Ensures the correct implementation of COMPANY rules and specifications (CR's/ GS's), Project specifications, relevant international standards, and any applicable regulations requirements. * Get assistance from company's specialists, or third parties, if required, for specific topics * Coordinate with our affiliate in Nigeria as necessary * Leads the review of the CONTRACTOR' key deliverables. * Provides technical assistance to the project for any technical audits (required by the banks and the insurance companies or Board of Directors, HAZOP, PR...). * Participate, in coordination, with others to the Inspection and Tests Plans (ITP) and FAT preparation and execution. To attend meetings / FATs with VENDORS where necessary. * Manages the Static and Thermal Equipment development of engineering specifications and provide quality assurance in the procurement of materials, equipment and services to ensure conformity with sound engineering practice and cost effectiveness. * Provide support and search for VENDORS assistance if needed. * Ensure the quality and completeness of PVV designs/packages Final Documentation (deliverables both from the CONTRACTOR and the VENDORS) in compliance with the Project Scope of Work, Specifications and Procedures and allowing an adequate hand-over to the operation. * Ensures that all PVV equipment are commissioned and started up as per detailed engineering documentation and accordingly to Vendor recommendations. Provide support and search for Vendor assistance if needed. * Reports potential impact on overall project strategy, planning and target achievement. * Promotes workshops with the HQ specialist and or CONTRACTOR's specialist to ensure COMPANY concepts and comments are well understood and quickly integrated in technical documents. * Guides CONTRACTOR main design selection in a Fit-for-Purpose approach to reach an optimized design. Accordingly, he promotes and follow until approval the deviation request to COMPANY requirements in the main time. * Ensures through efficient review the good respect of the applicable frame of reference. * Participates actively to proper interface management with Process, Safety, Rotating, Electrical... studies. * Reviews and comments the key technical documents of the interfacing disciplines. * Participates to the Project HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, PR. * Organizes with its counterpart discipline weekly meetings and report highlights to its management with proposed mitigation measures when deemed required. * Participates to internal engineering weekly meetings. Reporting areas of concern to Engineering Manager. * Provides its technical inputs to any contractual discussions with CONTRACTOR. * Contributes to the development of the digital plant though the centric data management when applicable. * Call for/Participate to interfaces coordination activities and ensure synergies are developed between the different CONTRACTORS. * Participate to VENDORS evaluation and for LLIs technical evaluation. * Get knowledge of the Nigerian norms and practices and use it in project when relevant. * Assist commissioning, start up and Operation team when required. Transfer project knowledge to operations. * Prepare REX and Lessons Learnt all along the FEED. * Contribute to personnel skills improvement and encourage knowledge transfer. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT The GPI team oversees Ntokon and Ima projects, main drivers being to ensure a cohesive approach across both projects, to mutualize best practices, create synergies towards CAPEX reduction objectives. Both projects are innovation driven with Conductor Supported Platform and Zapock pipeline concepts to be rolled-out and are developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus. Ntokon project * is a development in OML102 block in Nigeria based on minimalistic wellhead platform tied-back to Ofon OFP2 CPP via 26km pipelines (1 multiphasic production line, 1 water injection line). * FEED started in October 2024 for 5 months, FID is expected end Q2 2025 and first oil Q2 2027. Ima Project * is a development in OML112/117 block in Nigeria based on minimalistic wellhead platform tied-back to BNAG CPF via 23km pipelines (15km offshore, 8km onshore). * FEED starts in Q1 2025, FID is expected end Q4 2025 and first oil Q1 2028.

ACTIVITIES * Accountable for all matters related to the safety engineering, fit for purpose and with full respect to the Statement of Requirement with approved changes. * Represents the COMPANY technical authority for this discipline. * Prepares and suggests technical content of essential studies to initiate CONTRACTOR action and conformity with state of the art plant design. * Defines the overall safety concepts and engineering principle to meet the COMPANY requirements, applicable regulations, and good engineering practices in terms of design, maintainability, operability, and security. * Supervises all subcontracted studies and provides support to other packages with the support of Head Quarters specialist. * Proposes recommendations on technical deviation requests and keeps updated the documentation related to the Safety discipline. * Participates to studies required by third parties. * Get assistance from the specialists, or third parties, if required, for specific topics * Coordinate with our affilate in Nigeria as necessary * The job holder will be supported by one Safety Engineer. He is responsible for the Safety Engineer workload, task attribution and priority. * Communicates and applies the H3SE policies of the COMPANY and ensure the engineering is developed accordingly. * Ensures the correct implementation of COMPANY rules and specifications (CR's/ GS's), Project specifications, relevant international standards and any applicable regulations requirements. * Update as required the project Safety Concept document for EPC phase. * Leads the review of the CONTRACTOR' key deliverables such as: Safety Concept, Safety Philosophies, Safety distances calculations notes and QRA/FRA/ERA and consolidate comments from the other engineering disciplines and operations. * Provides technical assistance to the project for any technical audits (required by the banks and the insurance companies or Board of Directors, HAZOP, PR...). * Reports potential impact on overall project strategy, planning and target achievement. * Promotes workshops with the HQ specialist and or CONTRACTOR's specialist to ensure COMPANY concepts and comments are well understood and quickly integrated in technical documents. * Guides CONTRACTOR main design selection in a Fit-for-Purpose approach to reach an optimized design. The service holder is responsible for coordinating and supervising the ICSS package during the Life of Project and FEED activities up to the close out. ACTIVITIES * Compliance and Conduct: * Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding the Company's "Code of Conduct" and HSSE rules and regulations. * Implement HSE rules and requirements within your area of responsibility. * Comply with HSSE training requirements for the position. * Verify that H3SE rules are understood and respected on the worksites, ensuring safe working practices are used by Contractors at all project phases. * Team Management: Define, implement, and manage the ICSS team organization. Coordinate all activities of the ICSS team by informing, supporting, and directing personnel in their roles, responsibilities, and objectives. * Engineering Studies: Identify and manage all necessary ICSS engineering studies, ensuring they meet project objectives related to H3SE, schedule, cost, and quality. * Technical Documentation: Define, develop, issue, and maintain all necessary technical documentation related to the NTOKON ICSS package. * Contract Management: Apply the defined Contractual Strategy and prepare and establish all contracts related to the ICSS package. Manage the contracting process in accordance with TEP NIGERIA rules and project procedures up to Contract Award for contracts developed after FID. * Contractor Performance: Manage and control Contractors' performance in all areas, including H3SE, QA, technical requirements, costs, and planning. Ensure proper administration of contracts and participate as the Company Representative in meetings with Contractors. * Equipment Handover: Deliver and handover equipment to Operation Teams with the required quality, safety level, and fitness for purpose. * Budget Management: Prepare, issue, and closely manage successive ICSS Budgets to comply with the approved COMEX budget. * Reporting: Ensure adequate and timely reporting to Project Management on progress and concerns. * Interface Management: Ensure that interfaces with all other concerned packages (Drilling, CSP & Topsides, and Field Operation) are handled correctly. * Stakeholder Relations: Assist Project Management with relations with Partners and authorities regarding ICSS matters. Prepare and participate in Workshops/Committee meetings with Partners and authorities as required. * Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of all documentation produced, regardless of its format. * Lessons Learned: Gather lessons learned and provide feedback to other entities as required. * ICSS System Development: Manage all phases of the ICSS System development, ensuring it meets project specifications and H3SE standards. * Interface Management: Oversee the management of interfaces with other project packages, such as Topsides and CSP platforms. * Maximize Project Value: Contribute to maximizing the project's NPV by enhancing quality and productivity and reducing investments through optimal technical definitions and installations. * Field Operation Readiness: Ensure the ICSS System is fit for purpose, operable, maintainable, and reliable for field operations within the agreed budget and schedule. * Risk Management: Regularly update the Risk Register and implement mitigation actions. * Nigerian Content Plan: Implement the Nigerian Content Plan as approved by authorities and motivate Contractors to recruit and train Nigerian nationals. * Reporting and Communication: Report to Project Management and handle communication with partners and authorities regarding ICSS System matters. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT * Ntokon project is a development in OML102 block in Nigeria based on minimalistic wellhead platform tied-back to Ofon OFP2 CPP via 26km pipelines (1 multiphasic production line, 1 water injection line). * Ntokon is an innovation driven Project with Conductor Supported Platform and Zapock pipeline concepts to be rolled-out. * FEED will start October 2024 for 5 months, FID is expected end Q1 2025 and first oil Q2 2027 which intends to make Ntokon the flagship of the company's capacity to develop ressources in minimal time. * The Ntokon Project will be developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus. * Context and environment: Nigeria

The Service holder will be acting through the C&P P2P process, which involves the management of the workflow for the Purchase Requests (PR's) and the creation and modification of the Purchase Orders (PO's). The process includes the management of various type of contracts, but mainly: Technical Assistance Services, Third Parties Services, and any PR-PO's linked with EPC's Contracts (ex: Variation Orders). Reporting to the Project Control Manager (PCM), the service provider will be liaising with the PCM Team, Package Managers and 3rd parties' contractors as needed, and managing any issues related to PR's-PO's activities for the B58 Suriname Project throughout the Project life cycle. ACTIVITIES The Service Supplier will participate actively in the PCM activities, covering all B58 Suriname packages (FPSO, SURF, SPS, Drilling). The Service holder will highlight all matters regarding PR's, POs to the Cost Control Lead, using SAP Unisol, supporting procurement processes and maintaining data accuracy across systems. The Service holder will apply the SURINAME Affiliates C&P procedures in all steps of the PR's-PO's process and will be a focal point with Affiliate when needed. Part of the Service will include, but not be limited to, preparing, analyzing, processing, and presenting all information and documentation related to PR's & POs. When required it will be participating in the Controls SOX activities linked with POs in close liaison with the Cost Control Lead. The service holder may participate to the training or assistance to the Project stakeholders within their routine actions linked with PR's & PO's (workflow monitoring, validation, rejection, etc...) The service holder shall highlight and escalate any issues presented regarding PR's &POs and propose any mitigation action whenever needed / identified. CONTEXT & ENVIRONNENT The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname. The Suriname GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the studies managed by the client OneTech on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58. The technical challenges the GPI / Project will face are the reservoir development and management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection system. The Suriname Team will develop the Project with the objectives of maximizing economic results by optimizing the reserves, and the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focusing.

The service holder is responsible for supervising EPC Sub-contractor HSE activities on worksites to ensure, as per Project's HSE objectives, the site personnel safety, construction integrity, respect for the environment and reputation of the Company. Reporting to the Subsea HSE Lead, the service provider will ensure the development and deployment of the Safety Culture in a streamlined approach with EPC Contractor. Ensuring that HSE contractual requirements and the implementation/compliance to HSE documentation are duly applied by EPC Sub-Contractors, including through the day-to-day supervision and will make Company HSE presence visible on site. Will be accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behavior regarding H3SE rules & requirements and enforcing HSE execution decisions/directions taken by Subsea HSE Lead. Follow-up of Sub-Contractor's HSE site activities and performances will be executed as per Project needs. ACTIVITIES As the HSE supervisor, the services holder will demonstrate and execute a number of activities as described below. Main Duties: * To ensure full sites compliance to the Project HSE Management System. * To ensure that site personnel have the required HSE competencies and that HSE trainings are performed as planned. * To develop, as required, additional HSE procedures/instructions at site level. * To ensure that the Sub-Contractor is enforcing his contractual commitments, is implementing properly his Contract HSE Plan and Objectives, is safely, properly and timely performing his activities. * To inform the Subsea HSE Lead of the need of changes the Construction sites Plans or Procedures. * To assist the Subsea lead in the resolution of specific HSE areas of concern; HSE reviews and risks assessments. * To monitor and performed the regular reporting issued. * To ensure the follow-up of HSE indicators (KPI's) and tracking of anomalies, incidents, accidents performed by the Contractors. * To participate to HSE Committees and other Package HSE events. * To regularly participate to others package HSE worksite audits / visits / tours. * To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation issued under his area of responsibility. The service holder will be in charge of the TAS coordination for the Suriname GPI (''Groupe Projet Interne'') / Project. ACTIVITIES The Service Holder shall: * Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regards to the COMPANY Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy and promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program in force. * Ensure that Project procedures regarding Technical Assistance contractual and legal aspects are respected and properly implemented by all Project teams. * Organize, when services shall be contracted, the call for tenders (including commercial evaluation of offers, technical and commercial recommendations) in accordance with Project rules and procedures. * Launch the Technical Assistance Services Call for Tenders.
