The Service provider will enable the Germany Offshore Wind Projects (NordSee Energies 1, NordSee Energies 2 and OstSee Energies) team to achieve critical project milestones in accordance with project requirements. The service will be performed within the Foundation and T&I Package in close collaboration and coordination with the Project Management. The service provider will play an essential role in developing the engineering and tender documentation associated with the T&I activities. The Service Provider shall provide support to the T&I Lead on in accordance with project's requirements and actively ensure interfaces between packages are identified and captured. ACTIVITIES The service provider will be responsible to participate in the development of the T&I engineering and execution preparation activities related to the German Offshore Wind projects, NSE1, NSE2 and OSE. Such responsibilities include: * provide support to package lead in refining and implementing the contractual strategy for T&I operations related to foundations (including specific equipment, noise mitigation, scour protection, etc), turbines and IAC; in a complex environment with very high industrial demands from the Offshore Wind industry, requiring early commitments. * Participate to the tendering process (including bid preparation, evaluation, and recommendations to award), negotiations with potential contractors, * Contribute to the revision and validation of technical specifications and employer's requirements. * Collaborate with C&P for final T&I contracts' awards and follow-up, * Support the T&I lead in the budget preparation and resource plan for the package in line with the project's future phases, * Ensure a good coordination with Contractors' teams and a real cooperation between Contractor and Company teams to ensure a profitable and efficient collaboration during the tender and future phases. * Contribute to the projects interfaces matrix and to manage the external technical interfaces of the T&I package with the other Project packages (WTG, Foundation (FOU), IAC and O&M packages), and the internal interfaces with the teams in charge of the permitting, the certification and the environmental subjects, * Provide support in procurement activities related to FOU and IAC, * Maintain close coordination with the permitting team with a strong focus on complying with the requirements from the German regulatory for the performance of the work, * Support the development of the Project Safety Philosophy for the construction and installation phase (including at marshalling ports) and thereafter ensure that the contractor safety plans are effectively managed. * Assist in developing the Project quality system related to the T&I scope engineering, logistics, the lifting means, the marine operations and to develop and implement the specific surveillance plan for the contracted scopes. * Ensure the validity of design decision and change management through market engagement, cost-benefit studies, ad-hoc logistics studies, weather downtime assessment and risk analysis. * Perform logistics studies and liaise with package managers (WTG, FOU, IAC and O&M) to ensure efficient coordination for the delivery of the main equipment for installation by T&I package. * Perform other tasks and take on additional duties as reasonably assigned by the project management team. * Service provider will be responsible to provide feedback to relative departments in the interest of continuous improvements. * Service provider shall demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Ethics and Company "Code of Conduct" policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within the said area of responsibility. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT The company comprise a team of professionals passionate about deploying clean energy and bringing new opportunities to communities. After a successful German federal offshore wind auction in 2023 & 2024, the company is developing the North Sea N-12.1, North Sea N-11.2 and Baltic Sea O-2.2 offshore wind projects for a total capacity of 4,500 MW. The Service should be based in Paris, France and could require travel to locations within Europe including Hamburg

The Service holder will be acting through the C&P P2P process, which involves the management of the workflow for the Purchase Requests (PR's) and the creation and modification of the Purchase Orders (PO's). The process includes the management of various type of contracts, but mainly: Technical Assistance Services, Third Parties Services, and any PR-PO's linked with EPC's Contracts (ex: Variation Orders). Reporting to the Project Control Manager (PCM), the service provider will be liaising with the PCM Team, Package Managers and 3rd parties' contractors as needed, and managing any issues related to PR's-PO's activities for the B58 Suriname Project throughout the Project life cycle. ACTIVITIES The Service Supplier will participate actively in the PCM activities, covering all B58 Suriname packages (FPSO, SURF, SPS, Drilling). The Service holder will highlight all matters regarding PR's, POs to the Cost Control Lead, using SAP Unisol, supporting procurement processes and maintaining data accuracy across systems. The Service holder will apply the SURINAME Affiliates C&P procedures in all steps of the PR's-PO's process and will be a focal point with Affiliate when needed. Part of the Service will include, but not be limited to, preparing, analyzing, processing, and presenting all information and documentation related to PR's & POs. When required it will be participating in the Controls SOX activities linked with POs in close liaison with the Cost Control Lead. The service holder may participate to the training or assistance to the Project stakeholders within their routine actions linked with PR's & PO's (workflow monitoring, validation, rejection, etc...) The service holder shall highlight and escalate any issues presented regarding PR's &POs and propose any mitigation action whenever needed / identified. Attitude/Accountabilities: * Be accountable for * Demonstrating exemplary behavior with regards to HSSE and to respect all HSSE requirements. * Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to the Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy. * Handling confidential documents and information with the utmost discretion. * Maintaining confidentiality during meetings, discussions, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders * Inspiring trust, integrity, and professionalism * Maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness in the role at all times. * Provide SAP Unisol Specialist Service with hands-on experience in the MM (Materials Management) module to cooperate with the SURINAME Project Team. * Utilize SAP Unisol with the MM module to create and manage Purchase Request (PR's) and Purchase Orders (POs). * Collaborate with the PCM teams to ensure timely and accurate PO processing. * Maintain and analyze procurement data using Excel spreadsheets, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP). * Support the project teams by ensuring material requirements are met for EPC projects. * Ensure compliance with the client and the Oil and Gas industry for procurement processes. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP Unisol related to procurement workflows. * Coordinate with Contractors/Affiliate and stakeholders to track and manage deliveries and resolve discrepancies. CONTEXT & ENVIRONNENT The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname. The Suriname GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the studies managed by the client OneTech on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58. The technical challenges the GPI / Project will face are the reservoir development and management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection system. The Suriname Team will develop the Project with the objectives of maximizing economic results by optimizing the reserves, and the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focusing.

The service provider is responsible for coordinating all the H3SE management activities during the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Commissioning and Installation phases carried out by Contractor, Subcontractors of the Project to ensure the personnel safety, construction integrity, respect for the environment and reputation of the Company. The service provider enforces HSE management procedures and decisions/directions taken by Project H3SE Manager. The service provider ensures the follow-up of Contractor's H3SE management activities and performances through Contractor H3SE recording / reporting and liaise with the H3SE package lead accordingly and ensures the liaison and reporting with the Project H3SE Manager and with the Package Managers. Responsible for the review of H3SE documentation produced by Contractor and Subcontractors and to coordinate with H3SE package lead to verify their implementation and compliance on site, the service holder will be providing support in HSE methods to H3SE package lead; participating regularly to inspections and audits of Contractor work sites' HSE Management System and practices; being accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour with regard to H3SE rules & requirements. ACTIVITIES As the HSE method Lead Service holder will demonstrate and execute a number of activities as described below. Main Duties will include but not be limited to: * Implement and maintain a proper H3SE recording / reporting system and to follow Contractors' H3SE activities through their recording / reporting and that of HSE package leads * Ensure the follow-up of H3SE indicators (KPI's) and tracking of anomalies, incidents, accidents performed by the Contractors * Consolidate overall project's Internal HSE weekly reports and to issue overall project's HSE weekly / monthly H3SE Reports at management level * Ensure adequate and timely reporting to Package Managers and Project H3SE Manager * Maintain Project Emergency Response plan * Update the Company Project's HSE Management plan and update associated policies, procedures and plans * Participate, as required, to H3SE audits / visits / tours and/or review, as necessary, associated audit reports and to follow-up implementation of relevant corrective action plans * Participate, as required, in investigations of significant H3SE anomalies, incidents or accidents * Assist the H3SE Project Manager in anticipating and planning the H3SE organization, means and resources for the performance of H3SE activities. * Support H3SE package lead and H3SE Manager for H3SE Committees and other Package HSE events * Ensure that Project personnel have the required HSE competencies and that HSE trainings are performed as planned. * Ensure confidentiality of all the documentation issued under his area of responsibility. The service holder is responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities that could be necessary during the Life of Project and FEED activities up to the close out. ACTIVITIES The Service holder shall: * Ensure robust and SAFE ONSHORE and OFFSHORE PIPELINE DESIGN in line with CONTRACT specifications, GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS and International STANDAR * Ensure high quality of all OFFSHORE AND URF pipeline Systems from FEED stage up to operation through, FEED, Detailed Engineering / Qualification / Manufacturing / Fabrication / Construction / installation / Pre-Commissioning activities performed by Contractor, whilst respecting local content requirement. * Identify and solve technical issues that may rise during all OFFSHORE AND URF PIPELINE activities of the Project. * Ensure the prompt and efficient dispatch, review and approval of all Detailed Engineering / Qualification / Manufacturing / Fabrication / Construction / installation / Pre-Commissioning documents issued by OFFSHORE AND URF Contractor, in due time, ensuring the adequate level of priority is given. * Ensure coherence of the OFFSHORE AND URF PIPELINE systems and manage interfaces with other Package Managers of the Project (Onshore, SPS Construction and Operation). * Ensure that OFFSHORE AND URF PIPELINE Engineering activities are performed in line with Contract requirement and Project Specifications, all within project schedule and budget. * Ensure that design and qualification outcomes/constraints are adequately considered in due time for Procurement, Manufacturing, Fabrication, installation, and Pre-commissioning, and vice/versa. * Ensure that HSE requirements are taken into consideration during design. * Participate in various technical reviews (Hazids, Hazops, Project Technical Reviews, Risk Assessments, etc.), and ensure implementation of recommendations as necessary. * Liaise with Project QHSES, QAQC, to ensure that the OFFSHORE AND URF scope is designed to be safe, operable, and maintainable. * Assist QA/QC manager for all quality issues related to OFFSHORE AND URF PIPELINE engineering. * Monitor Contractor performance against engineering aspects of the Contract and to assist the offshore Package Manager / PCM in management of associated Change Order Requests. * To initiate and attend all OFFSHORE AND URF PIPELINE engineering meetings, routine and subject specific, to pursuit Contractor's resolution and close-out of documents. * Assist with application process for required authorities' approvals. * Develop effective and constructive relationships with all Contractors representative(s) in a manner that enables a high level of value to be obtained. * Ensure that agreed project battery limits are adhered to. * Control and approve, when appropriate, the specifications, requisitions, design procedures, layouts, general arrangements, drawings, P&ID's, installation procedures, installation analyses reports, design reports, etc. * Responsible for the engineering of all equipment/facilities included in the work package. * Ensure that all relevant documentation created by the OFFSHORE AND URF Contractor, or its suppliers is reviewed and commented on by the relevant specialists within the appropriate time frame. * Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards. * Actively identify best practice (industry, technical, professional, etc.) and encourage an environment in which this is willingly and openly shared. * Ensure construction, pre-commissioning, and start-up activities for OFFSHORE AND URF is delivered safely as per company requirement CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT The GPI team oversees Ntokon and Ima projects, main drivers being to ensure a cohesive approach across both projects, to mutualize best practices, create synergies towards CAPEX reduction objectives. Both projects are innovation driven with Conductor Supported Platform and Zapock pipeline concepts to be rolled-out and are developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus. Ntokon project * is a development in OML102 block in Nigeria based on minimalistic wellhead platform tied-back to Ofon OFP2 CPP via 26km pipelines (1 multiphasic production line, 1 water injection line). * FEED started in October 2024 for 5 months, FID is expected end Q2 2025 and first oil Q2 2027. Ima Project * is a development in OML112/117 block in Nigeria based on minimalistic wellhead platform tied-back to BNAG CPF via 23km pipelines (15km offshore, 8km onshore). * FEED starts in Q1 2025, FID is expected end Q4 2025 and first oil Q1 2028.
