We're looking for a Support & Influencer Relations Specialist to join our passionate, remote-first team at Bloom Stories. In this hybrid freelance role, you'll handle two core responsibilities: * Providing fast, empathetic customer support via Zendesk * Supporting our influencer marketing campaigns by managing communication and outreach with content creators You'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth experience for both our users and our creator partners. Your Responsibilities Customer Support (daily core) * Handle support tickets in Zendesk (refunds, cancellations, technical issues, etc.) * Monitor and respond to app store reviews and follow-ups * Use tools like ChatGPT to improve and refine responses * Maintain high response efficiency (e.g. First Contact Close Rate, time per ticket) Influencer Relations (in campaign cycles) * Send and manage outreach via email (Yesware) and social DMs * Track and document all influencer communication as well as their statistics and demographics in spreadsheets * Assist in onboarding creators for campaigns (with guidance from our Influencer Lead) * Negotiate basic conditions with creators when needed * Proactively source new influencers via platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube - manually and using tools like Modash - to find creators that fit our campaign goals * Keep opt-in rates and onboarding times high through efficient, friendly communication Reporting & Collaboration * Report KPIs weekly and per campaign * Coordinate with support and influencer marketing teams * Work independently after onboarding, with minimal supervision

You will contribute to managing our brand's social media presence in the Netherlands, reviewing website translations in Dutch, and assisting with the localization of creatives for digital ads. Responsibilities * Content Creation and Management : - Analyze the local market to ensure our strategy, positioning, and messaging resonate with the local culture and audience expectations. - Create, adapt, and publish engaging content across social media platforms and advertising channels, ensuring brand consistency. - Translate, localize, and adapt promotional materials, articles, and platform content to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance. - Design and adapt creative assets tailored to different digital channels (Instagram, X, Reddit, Telegram, etc.). - Experiment with new formats and content strategies to maximize reach and engagement. * Community Management and Influencer Partnerships : - Manage and engage our local social media communities: respond to comments and messages, encourage conversations, and strengthen loyalty. - Monitor social media trends and emerging market insights to tailor our content strategy. - Identify, approach, and collaborate with local influencers and partners to boost visibility and engagement. - Develop and manage affiliate and referral programs to drive growth. * Digital Marketing & Performance : - Launch, coordinate, and optimize targeted digital advertising campaigns to drive qualified traffic and increase conversions. - Monitor campaign performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights. - Propose creative initiatives and strategies to improve brand awareness and user engagement. - Ensure alignment between organic initiatives and paid media to maximize overall impact. * Cross-functional Support : - Work closely, under the guidance of Central Marketing and Regional Manager with Marketing teams to align local content and actions with overall business goals. - Ensure the quality, accuracy, and cultural relevance of all communications. - Participate in competitive and market research to spot new opportunities and best practices.
