The purpose of the service activities is to carry out all the technical flow assurance studies for block 58, as part of the installations necessary for the development of the first field of B58. Carrying out all the flow assurance studies for GPI Suriname Project. Preparing and monitoring of the HIPS file, when necessary. ACTIVITIES * Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior with regards to HSE, implement HSE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility. * Preparation of documents bringing together the design bases necessary for flow assurance studies, requiring consultation with other disciplines, and integration of the results of fluid analyzes for which data must be obtained. * Definition of the flow assurance studies to be carried out at each stage of the studies, together with the identification of assistance and subcontracting needs. The provider will be monitoring and completing all the required studies. * Management of the progress of flow assurance activities, advice and guidance of technical contractor and GPI teams involved in Flow-Assurance activities, proposal of necessary technical decisions on time. * Verification of the proper production of internal deliverables and contractor deliverables relating to the Flow-Assurance discipline (quality and deadlines). * Be the focal point for Flow Assurance for the various reviews and technical audits planned (i.e. preparation, monitoring, closure). * Selection and optimal sizing of networks and definition of their operability regarding hydraulic, thermal and fluid risks or design constraints linked to the different packages; investigation into possible design options and carrying out sensitivity studies to make the necessary technical decisions. * Definition and preparation of summary documents of the flow assurance data necessary for each package according to the study stages. * Ensure that all flow assurance and process studies are consistent with operating philosophy. Highlight any modification in the operating philosophy that is shown necessary by flow assurance and process studies. * Participate to HAZID/HAZOP, PID review, safety engineering review as required for Process/FA discipline. CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname. The Suriname GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the studies managed by the Client OneTech on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58. The technical challenges the GPI / Project will face are the reservoir development and management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection system. The Suriname Team will develop the Project with the objectives of maximizing economic results by optimizing the reserves, and the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focusing.

The service provider is responsible for coordinating all the H3SE management activities during the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Commissioning and Installation phases carried out by Contractor, Subcontractors of the Project to ensure the personnel safety, construction integrity, respect for the environment and reputation of the Company. The service provider enforces HSE management procedures and decisions/directions taken by Project H3SE Manager. The service provider ensures the follow-up of Contractor's H3SE management activities and performances through Contractor H3SE recording / reporting and liaise with the H3SE package lead accordingly and ensures the liaison and reporting with the Project H3SE Manager and with the Package Managers. Responsible for the review of H3SE documentation produced by Contractor and Subcontractors and to coordinate with H3SE package lead to verify their implementation and compliance on site, the service holder will be providing support in HSE methods to H3SE package lead; participating regularly to inspections and audits of Contractor work sites' HSE Management System and practices; being accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour with regard to H3SE rules & requirements. ACTIVITIES As the HSE method Lead Service holder will demonstrate and execute a number of activities as described below. Main Duties will include but not be limited to: * Implement and maintain a proper H3SE recording / reporting system and to follow Contractors' H3SE activities through their recording / reporting and that of HSE package leads * Ensure the follow-up of H3SE indicators (KPI's) and tracking of anomalies, incidents, accidents performed by the Contractors * Consolidate overall project's Internal HSE weekly reports and to issue overall project's HSE weekly / monthly H3SE Reports at management level * Ensure adequate and timely reporting to Package Managers and Project H3SE Manager * Maintain Project Emergency Response plan * Update the Company Project's HSE Management plan and update associated policies, procedures and plans * Participate, as required, to H3SE audits / visits / tours and/or review, as necessary, associated audit reports and to follow-up implementation of relevant corrective action plans * Participate, as required, in investigations of significant H3SE anomalies, incidents or accidents * Assist the H3SE Project Manager in anticipating and planning the H3SE organization, means and resources for the performance of H3SE activities. * Support H3SE package lead and H3SE Manager for H3SE Committees and other Package HSE events * Ensure that Project personnel have the required HSE competencies and that HSE trainings are performed as planned. * Ensure confidentiality of all the documentation issued under his area of responsibility. The Subsea Project Control Lead (SURF or SPS package) oversees all the contracts, planning and reporting, budget and cost control, documentation control, Risk Management, HR, Administration, Services and logistics for the Project as defined by the Package manager. ACTIVITIES As the Project Control Lead of project's subsea package (SPS or SURF), the services holder shall: * Be accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules & requirements and for implementing H3SE requirements within the scope of his/her services. * Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior with regards to the Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy. * Take under consideration knowledge of international standard and norms, Company Rules, Guide & Manuals (CRs/GMs), Project Procedures, etc. related to Project Controls and their application to the project. * Coordinate and support the Project Control team of the SPS package * Implement, check the implementation and respect of procedures associated to the Project Controls activities, including respect of confidentiality, ethics and compliance. * In charge of Subsea package Risk management, ensure Risk register is up to date by coordinating with discipline & area leaders. * Lead for the Subsea package the contracting process for all the contracts to be placed, then contractually and commercially the awarded Contracts, and liaise actively with relevant specialists for the technical management part. * Lead the preparation and update of the Subsea package budget, the control of the costs and make suggestions for costs reduction * Coordinate the Subsea package schedules including the data needed for the Project integrated schedule, monitor the progress of the activities * In full coordination with Subsea Package Manager, lead specific transverse activities & dedicated missions (Task Force) as relevant. * Prepare and disseminate the Subsea package reporting by monitoring the content and quality of the information issued both internally and externally * Develop and implement a structure to facilitate Subsea package files capitalization, set up the Subsea package Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) * Coordinate the Subsea package HR activities and monitor the mobilization plan as per plan. * Coordinate the Subsea package logistics (offices, etc.) * Contribute to the preparation of the Subsea package Implementation Plan and the local development plan * Consolidate the elements of the Long-Term Plan (LTP) within the scope of the Subsea package * Report to the Subsea package manager highlighting any area of concern regarding Project Control matters, ensure rigorous follow up & management of Change Orders requests, Potential change orders, claims and counterclaim dossier. * Perform and/or supervise the close-out of the Subsea Project Control activities respecting Affiliate and Project procedures * Liaise actively with all Package and Line Managers and, in a general manner, with all the Project Control team members, for the performance of the above duties. Liaise with Project Control Manager as required. * Gather 'lessons learnt' and provide feedback to other company's entities as required, actively contribute to Close Out Report CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project, in affiliate being created and whose challenges and scope are currently being defined. The project will be developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus.
