MISSION

The Service holder will be responsible for coordinating QA and QC activities and supporting the package manager on all quality matters, within the B58 UFR teams for the Suriname Project. ACTIVITIES Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding H3SE policies and procedures, implementing H3SE rules and requirements within the relevant area of responsibility and complying with H3SE training requirements. Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy and promote the re-enforcement of the Anti-Corruption Program. During the Service execution, the Service holder will need to ensure that: 1. Project QMS will be duly implemented by all team members of the UFR package. 2. The UFR EPC and Service Contractor Quality Management System will be fully developed, established & maintained in compliance with the EPC Contract, and that specifically, but not limited to, will be in line with Contract Exhibit H. 3. The UFR EPC and Service holder will be enforcing contractual commitments; will be implementing its own Contract Quality Plan and Objectives, and will be safely, effectively, and timely performing its activities according to the Company specifications, designs, and codes. 4. The UFR EPC and Service holder will be controlling specifically the most relevant ISO 9001 processes such as quality audit, quality NC management, corrective and preventive actions management, KPI management, quality inspections, lesson learnt and feedback management, calibration and testing management, and technical standards management. 5. The service holder will also be controlling the most relevant ISO 9001 processes, including quality audit, quality NC management, corrective and preventive actions management, KPI management, lesson learnt, and feedback management. The Service holder will liaise with Third Party Inspection and Certification authorities, directing them regarding key issues in terms of timing and locations and providing them with all tech specs to carry out the work. The Service holder will be monitoring, correcting, and reporting the Contractor's working practices and work deliverables, as needed. The Service Provider will consistently liaise actively with the COMPANY Project Quality Manager and other members of the project Quality Team as well as the UFR team. CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname. The Suriname Project is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the project managed by the company on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58. The technical challenges the Project will face are the reservoir development and management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection system. The Suriname Team is developing the Project with the objectives of maximizing economic results by optimizing the reserves, and the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

* Knowledge of the UFR Products and relevant Quality regime * Significant working experience in a similar service within the Oil and Gas field * Professional Experience: 15 years minimum * Experience within project/s: 10 years minimum

o Report to Subsea Manager for all Interface and Risk Management activities for UFR package o Manage small technical studies / activities with contractors (from scope of work definition to execution) ensuring progress reporting and technical objectives and delivery to required schedule is achieved e.g welding prequalification activities. o Support Technical Team for follow up and review of technical elements related to the UFR FEED, dependent on incumbent skill set and workload of other UFR Team members o Prepare Project documentation and reports. o Assist Subsea Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required. * Interfaces and Risk Management o Be the focal point for UFR technical Interfaces and Risk Management activities and processes o Lead the implementation and coordination of the Project Interface and Risk Management processes within the UFR Package and ensure cascade into the execution of the UFR Contract. o Ensure identification, validation and resolution of detailed Interface issues in conjunction with managers / senior discipline engineers (including HQ SME), in an efficient and cost-effective manner. o Ensure an appropriate identification of Risks / Opportunities, an efficient development and follow-up of the associated mitigation plans in conjunction with managers / senior discipline engineers, in order to reach the project objectives. o Interact directly with the Project Interface Manager for the follow-up of UFR interfaces and for reporting areas of concern regarding preventive or corrective actions o Ensure follow-up on progress and timely resolution of interface requests as well as support proactive resolution of interfaces disputes o Monitor and liaise directly with contractors for technical Interface and Risk Management matters during execution of the UFR contract o Provide active reporting to the UFR Package Manager and the project Interface and Risk Manager. * HSSE Ensure that work activities are performed in compliance with a high regard to Health, Safety, Security and Environmental requirements. o Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE and implementation of HSSE rules and requirements. o Ensure that HSSE issues are correctly addressed within the work . o Ensure that safe working practices are applied at all times and during at all phases of the work. * Quality o Ensure that work activities are performed in compliance with a high Quality Assurance regard.
