Therefore, let's explain in detail who a TRADER is and what he has to do: · The trader is the one who has to understand the business and valorize each single customer and supplier he manages; · The trader is the one who has to negotiate the prices to get to the closing of the deal; · The trader is the one who has to understand and intuit the needs of the customer/supplier he is managing; · The trader is the one who manages his customers and suppliers with autonomy and professionalism with the aim of closing deals; · The trader is the one who has to close deals and reach the budget goals imposed by the company with the ambition and the aim of earning bonuses; · The trader is like a partner of the company; in fact, the company considering salaries and bonuses compensates the trader with approximately 35% of the profits generated by the deals closed by the trader.
