The Role This is part-time position is based in our modern office in the heart of Bordeaux France, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and public transportation. You will work closely with our team of seven in Bordeaux while supporting the company's international operations. This is a varied role that combines operations, administration, HR, finance, and project coordination. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organized, and keeping multiple projects moving efficiently. Responsibilities * Coordinate music licensing with publishers and record labels * Manage contracts for artists, engineers, and business partners * Plan and organize company events for the Bordeaux office * Oversee day-to-day office management, including supplies, equipment, and facilities * Manage calendars, scheduling, and professional correspondence * Handle invoicing, document filing, and administrative accounting tasks * Support HR activities, including onboarding, contract administration, and payroll coordination * Assist with operational projects and ensure effective follow-up across teams
* Native English speaker or fully bilingual with exceptional written English * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Experience with HR and administrative processes * Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong reporting and follow-up abilities * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (particularly Google Sheets) * Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of the music or audio industry is a plus, * Gestion administrative: 2 ans (Requis)
