Banks face increasing regulatory pressure regarding their financing activities of Non-Banking Financial Intermediaries (NBFI) clients. Specifically, financing activities related to Private Equity and Private Credit (PE/PC) clients are under scrutiny by both the Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA - Bank of England) and the European Central Bank (ECB). These regulators have requested the Group to enhance its risk monitoring capabilities in this area. Consequently, the ECB has launched an on-site inspection on "Shadow banking* - funds financing," requiring the delivery of a Loan Tape within less than 5 weeks. The Finance SIO team is already involved in Shadow Banking Entities and PE/PC projects, including the Loan Tape Standard sourcing project. This project aims to prepare the sourcing of loan tapes from local entities to be provided in case of credit risk OSI. Since 2022, Finance SIO has been heavily involved in producing Loan Tapes for various credit risk OSIs. Currently, the teams working on these projects are fully dedicated to meeting critical industrialization deliveries agreed with regulators. Therefore, additional capacity is needed to support the OSI loan tape work. The Group must deliver a Loan Tape on the Shadow Banking/NBFI/PE/PC perimeter starting early June 2026, within less than 5 weeks. The additional resource will initially focus on freeing time for the existing PE/PC team members, enabling them to concentrate on producing the OSI loan tape. These team members have strong expertise in identifying and reporting such clients and exposures within Group systems (RMPM and SRS). The objective is to free: * 1/3 of the time of the PE/PC coordinator * 1/4 of the time of the two team members working on actors' and exposures identification within the PE/PC project Missions * Prepare weekly follow-up support (slides and minutes) * Coordinate the follow-up of outstanding topics (sending reminders, requesting status updates, organizing meetings to close topics) under the supervision of the PE/PC coordinator * Collaborate on the analysis of UAT files for actors' and exposures identification * Participate in the production of the loan tape by performing quality controls on data in coordination with the team * Ensure continuous follow-up of weekly meetings and various topics under the PE/PC coordinator's guidance Deliverables * Weekly meeting presentation support and minutes * Partial contribution to loan tape production (after familiarization with the PE/PC Group ecosystem) * To-do list of outstanding topics * Excel analyses of actors' and exposures' identification UATs * Follow-up on current remediation of PE/PC actors in systems * Contribution to building the future Operating Model for PE/PC actors' management and reporting * Additional documentation for presentation or analysis purposes
