The mission will be within the 'globe management office' which is the project team that coordinates the execution of the other business integration project. The mission will consist of being dedicated to the business transfer project between two Metiers and ensuring that the transferred activity lands well within the scope and more particularly with the Alternatives business line. Prestations demandées PMO related tasks Analysis, presentation, coordination, reporting To frame, analyse and execute a project relating to a business transfer between two group entities with focus on: Defining the scope: analysing the existing structure and scoping the transfer Define the project governance, timeline and KPI for success Target organisation: assessing how the transferred business will fit into the organisation of the receiving business / entity Prepare the social process and build the necessary documentation with HR Organise the implementation of the transfer Ensure buiness continuity
