* Design Financial Master Data Structures: You will create the framework for chart of accounts, cost centers, and other financial data elements, aligning with business needs and ERP capabilities. * Co-Develop Governance Framework with central team: You will establish clear guidelines for data integrity, including ownership, standards, and maintenance protocols to ensure consistent data quality. * Identify ERP Master Data needs: You will coordinate with the Tech teams to map and integrate financial master data, identifying and addressing gaps towards seamless functioning MDM to ERP and vice versa. * Implement Data Quality Controls: You will set up regular data quality checks and cleansing processes to maintain accurate, up-to-date financial information in the ERP system. * Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: You will communicate master data management strategies with finance and tech stakeholders, ensuring alignment and addressing concerns. * Collaboration for delivery: You will work closely with both finance and tech teams, to identify strategy for MDM development, integration with ERP, and data migration in preparation for pilot and rollout Your Interactions : Key interactions: internal with other process teams and tech teams
