We're looking for a Support & Influencer Relations Specialist to join our passionate, remote-first team at Bloom Stories. In this hybrid freelance role, you'll handle two core responsibilities: * Providing fast, empathetic customer support via Zendesk * Supporting our influencer marketing campaigns by managing communication and outreach with content creators You'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth experience for both our users and our creator partners. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone detail-oriented and emotionally intelligent, who thrives in a remote environment and is ready to take ownership of operational communication tasks. Your Responsibilities Customer Support (daily core) * Handle support tickets in Zendesk (refunds, cancellations, technical issues, etc.) * Monitor and respond to app store reviews and follow-ups * Use tools like ChatGPT to improve and refine responses * Maintain high response efficiency (e.g. First Contact Close Rate, time per ticket) Influencer Relations (in campaign cycles) * Send and manage outreach via email (Yesware) and social DMs * Track and document all influencer communication as well as their statistics and demographics in spreadsheets * Assist in onboarding creators for campaigns (with guidance from our Influencer Lead) * Negotiate basic conditions with creators when needed * Proactively source new influencers via platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube - manually and using tools like Modash - to find creators that fit our campaign goals * Keep opt-in rates and onboarding times high through efficient, friendly communication Reporting & Collaboration * Report KPIs weekly and per campaign * Coordinate with support and influencer marketing teams * Work independently after onboarding, with minimal supervision

Nous recherchons un intervenant pour animer le module de Mathématiques pour nos BTS Comptabilité et Gestion 1ère année. Objectifs pédagogiques : C'est en fonction de ces objectifs que l'enseignement des mathématiques est conçu ; il peut s'organiser autour de cinq pôles : - une étude des suites et des fonctions usuelles dont la maîtrise est nécessaire à ce niveau ; - une étude de séries statistiques à deux variables privilégiant les exemples issus de l'économie et de la gestion ; - une initiation au calcul des propositions et des prédicats, en liaison avec l'étude du modèle relationnel en gestion ; - une initiation au calcul des probabilités, centrée sur la maîtrise et l'exploitation des lois fondamentales, permettant de modéliser des phénomènes aléatoires ; - une valorisation des aspects numériques et graphiques pour l'ensemble du programme, une initiation à quelques méthodes élémentaires de l'analyse numérique et l'utilisation à cet effet des moyens informatiques appropriés : calculatrice programmable à écran graphique, ordinateur muni d'un tableur, de logiciels de calcul formel et d'applications (modélisation, simulation, programmation…). In this position, you will be responsible for conducting detailed customer due diligence to prevent our organization from being misused for money laundering, financial fraud, and other financial crimes. Our teams are all about customer obsession and making sure Swan offers the smoothest, most elegant BaaS experience out there!, * Conduct detailed customer due diligence, perform risk assessments, and make sure each customer complies with our company's KYC policy. * Gather necessary information and documents from new customers and verify them effectively. * Ensure complete, accurate, and timely data entry of KYC records into the appropriate systems. * Stay abreast of regulatory changes and updates regarding KYC and AML standards. * Collaborate with the Compliance team in order to refine and optimize company's KYC policies. * Ensure confidentiality of investigations and exchanges Fraud Analysis: * Assess and make recommendations to mitigate potential risks of financial fraud, money laundering, and terrorism financing. * Use analytical tools and techniques to detect fraud, trends, patterns and provide actionable insights to enhance business risk strategies. Client Relations: * Building and establishing strong relationships with clients is a key aspect of this role. You will be acting as the main point of contact for KYC-related interactions, answering customers' questions and requests * Improve documentation (Help Center) by implementing any ideas that allow for better client onboarding (articles, FAQ, etc.) * Work effectively with all teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Sales) to improve and develop new processes., When it comes to recruitment, we're interested in your work experience, skills, and overall personality.
