Rattaché au Chief Product Officer, en tant que Documentation Manager, vous serez responsable de la stratégie, de la qualité et de l'exécution de toute la documentation liée aux produits de mon client : Documentation fonctionnelle et technique (APIs, SDKs, dashboards, interfaces utilisateurs, guides réglementaires et contenus d'onboarding). Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes Produit, Engineering, PSO, Customer Success et Compliance pour faire de la documentation un levier d'adoption, de support et de réassurance pour les clients B2B (Banques). Missions principales Vision & stratégie * Définir la roadmap documentaire en lien avec la roadmap produit. * Instaurer une culture de la documentation produit dans l'entreprise (processus, qualité, timing). Structuration & production * Organiser et faire évoluer l'équipe documentation (2 à 3 Technical Writer en cible) * Superviser la production de contenus techniques (APIs, SDKs), fonctionnels (dashboards, onboarding), et réglementaires (conformité, sécurité). * Définir des standards de qualité, de ton et de structure pour la documentation. * Production de la documentation Produit en appui des Technical Writers Collaboration & coordination * Travailler main dans la main avec les Product Managers, Program Manager, Application Managers, Product Owners, Professional services. * Participer aux rituels agiles pour anticiper les besoins en documentation. Pilotage & amélioration continue * Suivre les KPI documentaires (adoption, satisfaction, support load). * Mettre en place des boucles de feedback avec les clients et les équipes internes. * Automatiser (ou faire automatiser) les workflows de publication et de versioning.
