Assistance technique et Supervision Electricité INTERLOCUTEUR TOTALENERGIES, Périmètre : Travaux, projets & opérations de maintenance en électricité haute et basse tension Relations transverses : échanges fonctionnels avec les différents services de la Plateforme et avec les Entreprises Extérieures, Assurer une assistance technique et la supervision en électricité, des travaux programmés et fortuits, des travaux neufs délégués au service et des opérations de maintenance en Electricité. - Assister techniquement et préparer les opérations en relation avec les autres entités concernées du site. - Assister à la rédaction des cahiers des charges des travaux. Veiller à l'application des règles de construction. - Veiller à l'application des procédures internes notamment en cas de modification. - Suivre la fabrication et la conformité des réalisations. - Organiser les travaux dans les meilleures conditions de sécurité et de qualité d'exécution et assurer la coordination des travaux. - Animer les réunions de coordination et participer à la définition des mesures de prévention des travaux. - S'assurer du respect des objectifs définis (sécurité, qualité, coût, délai) - analyser et corriger les éventuelles dérives. - Analyser et faire exécuter les Recommandations du service MEL - Assurer la réception des travaux en conformité avec la réglementation, les règles internes. Etablir et s'assurer de la levée des réserves. - Participer à l'évaluation des Entreprises Extérieures. - S'assurer de la conservation des documents de fins de travaux en application des règles de gestion de la documentation. - S'assurer du maintien à jour des bases des données. * Assurer le soutien technique aux autres entités de la Plateforme Grandpuits - Gargenville - Assurer l'assistance technique à tout Service demandeur pour le métier de l'Electricité sur la Plateforme de Grandpuits-Gargenville. - Assister les services d'Etude et de Construction pour la validation des études d'ingénierie. * Projets Electricité. - Participer à l'étude des projets de création ou de modifications de systèmes et équipements sur site en Electricité. - Superviser les projets dont le service à la responsabilité. - S'assurer du contenu documentaire des dossiers de clôture des projets. - S'assurer de la mise a jour des bases de données (GMAO, documentaire...) CONTEXTE ET ENVIRONNEMENT Le Département Maintenance où a lieu la prestation tient un rôle d'interface entre l'Exploitation, le projet GALAXIE et les Entreprises Extérieures chargées de la maintenance du site. Il coordonne les travaux curatifs et préventifs afin d'assurer le fonctionnement permanent du site en toute sécurité. Le site de Grandpuits est en transformation avec l'arrêt et la construction de nouvelles unités de production. L'activité du Département dépend fortement de l'environnement technique et des contraintes d'exploitation. OBJECTIF DE LA PRESTATION La prestation a pour but la préparation, la coordination, le suivi et la réception des travaux et opérations de maintenance du service MEL en Electricité haute et basse tension. Elle a également l'assistance dans la réalisation des projets en électricité de leurs études à leurs réalisations. COMPETENCES
Ingénierie* HSE support for REN Growing Countries * Monitor and implement the company's H3SE policies, procedures, and programs. * Assist Project Execution Managers to ensure compliance by all project contractors to all relevant legislation and statutory requirements. * Identify potential hazards & recommend solutions at all stages of projects * Qualify new contractors on HSE point of view, review the HSE performance of contractors after each project. * Ensure at pre-development phase that HSE analysis phase are included into the CDGRP and CORISK Meeting for top management approval. * Review HSE Plans, Procedures, Method Statements, Risk assessments for the projects, & all Health, Safety & Environment related documentation to ensure compliance with Group and local requirements. * Implement, compile, report the REN Project HSE KPI jointly with Country representative and HSE Focal point identified. * Train & Coach Site HSE and perform On the job training * Assist Project Execution Managers to implement improvement & prohibition notice to contractors and set up recommendation & corrective action (including close out monitoring). * Lead accidents & incidents investigations. * Make sure of the proper availability and working condition of safety equipment
SantéThe service holder is responsible for supervising EPC Sub-contractor HSE activities on worksites to ensure, as per Project's HSE objectives, the site personnel safety, construction integrity, respect for the environment and reputation of the Company. Reporting to the Subsea HSE Lead, the service provider will ensure the development and deployment of the Safety Culture in a streamlined approach with EPC Contractor. Ensuring that HSE contractual requirements and the implementation/compliance to HSE documentation are duly applied by EPC Sub-Contractors, including through the day-to-day supervision and will make Company HSE presence visible on site. Will be accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behavior regarding H3SE rules & requirements and enforcing HSE execution decisions/directions taken by Subsea HSE Lead. Follow-up of Sub-Contractor's HSE site activities and performances will be executed as per Project needs. ACTIVITIES As the HSE supervisor, the services holder will demonstrate and execute a number of activities as described below. Main Duties: * To ensure full sites compliance to the Project HSE Management System. * To ensure that site personnel have the required HSE competencies and that HSE trainings are performed as planned. * To develop, as required, additional HSE procedures/instructions at site level. * To ensure that the Sub-Contractor is enforcing his contractual commitments, is implementing properly his Contract HSE Plan and Objectives, is safely, properly and timely performing his activities. * To inform the Subsea HSE Lead of the need of changes the Construction sites Plans or Procedures. * To assist the Subsea lead in the resolution of specific HSE areas of concern; HSE reviews and risks assessments. * To monitor and performed the regular reporting issued. * To ensure the follow-up of HSE indicators (KPI's) and tracking of anomalies, incidents, accidents performed by the Contractors. * To participate to HSE Committees and other Package HSE events. * To regularly participate to others package HSE worksite audits / visits / tours. * To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation issued under his area of responsibility. The Suriname GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the development studies managed by the company on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58. The technical challenges the GPI / Project will face are the reservoirs development and management, the FPSO and subsea production/injection system. The Suriname Project will be developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focusing.
Ingénierie* Provide technical support and assistance in the area of Marine assurance for all types of vessels supporting offshore marine operations of the Company (e.g. logistics, drilling rigs, diving support vessels, floatels, construction vessels). * This will include but not be limited to: * Perform quality control of submitted OVID inspection reports commissioned by Company as per OCIMF quality standards, * Review the close out proposals made by vessel technical operator in the OVID inspection reports and prepare a recommendation for vetting decision issued by Company, * Provide ad-hoc marine advice and consultancy as and when required such as technical analysis for vessels selection.
