MISSION
As a Recruiter on a 6-month contract, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles across Europe, New Zealand, Asia and Canada. You will report to the Talent Manager who is based in Canada and will work in an a-synchronize environment. Roles and Responsibilities - Assist in full-cycle recruitment for various roles (tech, marketing, operations, etc.) - Conduct HR Interviews - Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates - Maintain candidate records and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms - Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns - Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination - Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our recruitment activities during a high-growth period.
