Au sein de l'équipe Cybersécurité informatique Groupe (DIR-CYBER), cette expertise est réalisée dans le cadre du projet One Cyber, piloté par l'équipe Programme et Projet. Les principales activités consisteront à accompagner les équipes Cybersécurité durant les phases contractuelles des RFP : -Participer activement au processus contractuel et ses annexes (DPA, Description des services, Plan d'assurance sécurité…) dans le cadre des RFP -Assigner les sections des contrats aux parties prenantes appropriées (représentants métier, équipes juridiques et Achats, Centre de service Cybersécurité, DPO) -Suivre les points ouverts et assurer une résolution en temps opportun -Être capable de présenter une vue d'ensemble claire des positions à tout moment entre le client et le fournisseur potentiel -Identifier et escalader les points bloquants -Challenger les parties prenantes pour garantir l'alignement et la conformité, vis-à-vis des risques Cybersécurité et métiers encourus -Planifier les points de suivis internes, les échanges croisés avec le fournisseur potentiel et de produire les comptes rendus de réunions dans des temps serrés -Être capable d'assurer les modifications en séance sur les documents durant les phases de négociations selon les directives de notre client -Créer des synthèses concises après les négociations, détaillant les termes contractuels clés et les accords -Être capable d'identifier un contrat manquant, et d'analyser les contrats déjà signés Savoir-faire du prestataire Le prestataire est consulté compte tenu de son expertise dans le contract management IT et dans le pilotage de chantier de contractualisation Savoir-faire nécessaire à la réalisation de la prestation / domaines d'expertise -Expertise en pilotage de chantier de contractualisation IT -Expertise en gestion de données personnelles -Expertise des aspects juridiques d'un contrat IT -Maitre de l'anglais

To support and facilitate the TNA process, national contractors are being recruited for the execution of activities in relation to climate change adaptation and mitigation in the Energy, Waste and Agriculture sectors. In addition, a part-time Assistant TNA Coordinator Contractor (ATCC) is required for the duration of the project to support the TNA coordinating entity, the International Green Technologies and Investments Center (IGTIPC), in the execution and implementation of activities under the TNA project. The contractor will support the coordination and facilitate the implementation of the project under the direct supervision of IGTPIC and UNEP-CCC. Field trips and trips to attend training and capacity-building workshops will occur. Monitoring and Progress Controls The ATCC will work in close collaboration with the TNA coordinator and the national TNA team. The contractor's overall task is to support the entire TNA process - ranging from engaging with the stakeholders, identification of technology needs, its prioritisation and assessment, to the development of national TAPs. In line with domestic and global objectives, the contractor will be responsible for providing the national TNA teams with the process-related and methodological/technical advisory services needed for conducting TNAs, preparing the Barrier Analysis and Enabling Framework (BAEF) report and developing Technology Action Plans (TAPs) at the country level. The TAP will outline essential elements of an enabling framework for technology transfer consisting of market development measures, institutional, regulatory and financial measures, and human and institutional capacity development requirements. It will also include a detailed plan of actions in order to implement the proposed policy measures and estimate the need for external assistance to cover additional implementation costs. The ATCC will assist the TNA Coordinator in applying a participatory approach to the TNA process, involving a wide range of stakeholders while ensuring a multi-sector and multi-disciplinary scope. Moreover, the ATCC will be tasked with communicating on behalf of the National TNA Coordinator with the national TNA team members, outreach to stakeholders, formation of networks, information acquisition, and coordination and communication of work products. In addition, the contractor's role will consist in assisting in the coordination and implementation of the project, in assuring the quality of products delivered by the Expert Consultant and in drafting and editing planned reports in the framework of the project. In collaboration with the national TNA team, the National TNA Coordinator, and the Expert Consultants, the ATCC will be responsible for the timely provision of inputs and delivery, including inter-alia: a) Organizing consultative stakeholder meetings and workshops (TNA, BAEF and TAP validation, national dissemination and donor engagement event); b) Inviting relevant stakeholders to project workshops; c) Identifying local institutions that can supply relevant data and/or inputs from local experts; d) Communicating with the Expert Consultants on a regular basis to ensure that the analytical work matches the project objectives and that all project deliverables are completed on time. This also includes supporting and overseeing the TNA team and the Expert Consultant in the process of analysing how the prioritized technologies can be implemented in the country and how implementation circumstances could be improved by addressing the barriers and developing an enabling framework based, inter-alia, on undertaking of local market and other assessments; e) Supporting and overseeing, and making sure deliverables are submitted on time by the Expert Consultants in preparation and finalization of the TAP report and final project closure report for the country; f) Supporting the Expert Consultant in preparing working papers and other TNA-related documents as may be required to ease the consultative process and harnessing inputs from stakeholders during meetings, workshops, amongst others; g) Providing any other inputs, as required, relevant to the TNA process The ATCC will be required to follow best practices, guidelines, methodologies, and technical guidance available through the UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre and other approved sources. Section 3.1 provides an overview of the tasks to be conducted by the ATCC. Work Location Kazakhstan, Astana Expected duration Part-time, of Parties to the Climate Convention and represents an opportunity to track an evolving need for new equipment, techniques, practical knowledge and skills, which are necessary to mitigate GHG emissions and/or reduce the vulnerability of sectors and livelihoods to the adverse impacts of climate change. The Republic of Kazakhstan is starting its TNA in 2025. The main objectives of the project are: To identify and prioritise through country-driven participatory processes, technologies that can contribute to mitigation and adaptation goals of the participant countries, while meeting their national sustainable development goals and priorities; To identify barriers hindering the acquisition, deployment, and diffusion of the prioritised technologies; To develop Technology Action Plans specifying activities and enabling frameworks to overcome the barriers and facilitate the transfer, adoption and diffusion of selected technologies in the participant countries and policy briefs summarizing the policy relevant actions within the Technology Action Plans in a short and user-friendly way; To develop project ideas for attracting funding to implement selected technologies in priority areas of national relevance.

* Deliver in-person mathematics instruction to grade 5, middle and high school students (up to advanced levels) * Design and implement course content in line with the Common Core curriculum * Prepare lessons, assessments, and provide timely feedback * Participate in pedagogical meetings and contribute to academic initiatives * Supervise student study sessions as needed

Objectifs de la mission : Sous la responsabilité directe du DSI, le Contract Manager interviendra de manière stratégique pour : * Assurer le suivi et la performance des contrats IT (prestations, logiciels, infrastructures). * Participer à la rationalisation du parc applicatif et à la gouvernance des fournisseurs. * Soutenir les initiatives de transformation IT : migration ERP, digitalisation industrielle, intégration de solutions IA & Data. * Piloter les relations contractuelles avec les fournisseurs clés et garantir l'alignement contractuel avec les objectifs de la DSI. * Contribuer à la montée en maturité contractuelle de l'organisation IT dans une logique d'amélioration continue. Activités principales : * Gestion du portefeuille de contrats IT (renouvellement, suivi des engagements, reporting). * Coordination avec les directions métier, juridiques et achats. * Analyse des risques contractuels et accompagnement dans leur mitigation. * Suivi des indicateurs de performance fournisseurs (SLA, pénalités, qualité de service). * Conseil sur les choix contractuels dans les projets d'évolution SI.
