* Partnered Artisans & Ateliers: They have an app to manage all their clients, meetings, customer service, pricing, billing, declarations, etc., so they can focus on their craft work. * Retailers (Brand shops & sellers): We provide on-demand solutions for in-shop aftercare services with a dedicated platform for sellers so they can access our community of qualified artisans. * E-commerce players & other partnerships: We provide on-demand solutions for online aftercare with plugins or direct Shopify integration. Second, our comprehensive system includes: Admin: We have our internal control system that allows our team to manage every task. We connect all stakeholders to this admin platform. Algorithm: We have a strong matching algorithm that takes into consideration many factors to respond to demand with the right offer. API connection to French Réparation Bonus: This bonus is a massive administrative challenge for artisans and brands. By working with us, we handle it on their behalf.
