Hi there, we are The Liberty Productions, We are a leading European classical music concert organizer. Known for producing classical shows with repertoire composed by geniuses in prestigious venues across cities of Barcelona, Brussels, Budapest, Amsterdam and Prague.
We're expanding our presence to Paris and seeking a local coordinator to support our venue development initiatives. Role Overview: We're looking for a proactive cultural events enthusiast in Paris to help identify and establish relationships with potential concert venues and support the launch of our events. This position offers flexible hours with an average of 5-10 hours per week., * Research and scout potential concert venues in Paris and surrounding areas * Establish initial contact with venue management and arrange site visits * Assess venues for technical suitability, acoustics, and logistics * Assist in organizing and coordinating opening events * Support and assist local orchestra with rehearsals and amenities * Liaise between our main office and local stakeholders * Support marketing initiatives through local network connections * Provide cultural context and insights for the Paris market
* Resident in Paris with excellent knowledge of the city's environment * Affinity to network within Paris's classical music or cultural events scene * Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) * Ability to travel within the Paris metropolitan area
