Présentation de La MISSION

You'll be integrated to IT Corporate Infrastructures team. Tasks under your responsibilities are: * Operate Wi-Fi infrastructure o Operate wireless solution based on IT Policies o Monitore and adjust infrastructure performance * Incident Management o Acknowledge and categorize reported incidents o Track incidents and escalate them as needed * Provide support to local teams * Advice users and managers on new deployed products and assure users' satisfaction * Train IT and key users on these products * Write and update IT documentation Report to Infrastructure Managers
