Pour accompagner un changement majeur, nous formons une équipe dédiée au sein d'Europe avec des responsabilités claires en communication, formation, coordination et suivi des bénéfices. En collaboration étroite avec les équipes mondiales et locales, cette équipe pilotera le déploiement de nouveaux modèles opérationnels et systèmes comme D365. Le rôle est essentiel pour préparer et soutenir les collaborateurs à travers l'Europe.
- Élaborer des plans de communication sur le changement adaptés aux besoins locaux.
- Rédiger et éditer du contenu : emails, FAQ, documents informatifs.
- Adapter les formations globales en plans locaux prêts à l'emploi.
- Gérer le déploiement complet des formations pour l'Europe : planification, suivi des participants.
- Assurer un soutien aux responsables de pays pour garantir une cascade cohérente des communications.
- Expérience significative (10 ans minimum) dans la communication interne ou transformation technologique.
- Capacité à traduire des changements techniques complexes en messages clairs.
- Compétences solides en gestion de projets simultanés dans un environnement multiculturel.
- Maîtrise de MS Office, Teams, SharePoint ; connaissance de Viva Engage appréciée.
- Diplôme supérieur en affaires ou communication recommandé.
