The Service provider will enable the Germany Offshore Wind Projects (NordSee Energies 1, NordSee Energies 2 and OstSee Energies) team to achieve critical project milestones in accordance with project requirements. The service will be performed within the Foundation and T&I Package in close collaboration and coordination with the Project Management. The service provider will play an essential role in developing the engineering and tender documentation associated with the T&I activities. The Service Provider shall provide support to the T&I Lead on in accordance with project's requirements and actively ensure interfaces between packages are identified and captured. ACTIVITIES The service provider will be responsible to participate in the development of the T&I engineering and execution preparation activities related to the German Offshore Wind projects, NSE1, NSE2 and OSE. Such responsibilities include: * provide support to package lead in refining and implementing the contractual strategy for T&I operations related to foundations (including specific equipment, noise mitigation, scour protection, etc), turbines and IAC; in a complex environment with very high industrial demands from the Offshore Wind industry, requiring early commitments. * Participate to the tendering process (including bid preparation, evaluation, and recommendations to award), negotiations with potential contractors, * Contribute to the revision and validation of technical specifications and employer's requirements. * Collaborate with C&P for final T&I contracts' awards and follow-up, * Support the T&I lead in the budget preparation and resource plan for the package in line with the project's future phases, * Ensure a good coordination with Contractors' teams and a real cooperation between Contractor and Company teams to ensure a profitable and efficient collaboration during the tender and future phases. * Contribute to the projects interfaces matrix and to manage the external technical interfaces of the T&I package with the other Project packages (WTG, Foundation (FOU), IAC and O&M packages), and the internal interfaces with the teams in charge of the permitting, the certification and the environmental subjects, * Provide support in procurement activities related to FOU and IAC, * Maintain close coordination with the permitting team with a strong focus on complying with the requirements from the German regulatory for the performance of the work, * Support the development of the Project Safety Philosophy for the construction and installation phase (including at marshalling ports) and thereafter ensure that the contractor safety plans are effectively managed. * Assist in developing the Project quality system related to the T&I scope engineering, logistics, the lifting means, the marine operations and to develop and implement the specific surveillance plan for the contracted scopes. * Ensure the validity of design decision and change management through market engagement, cost-benefit studies, ad-hoc logistics studies, weather downtime assessment and risk analysis. * Perform logistics studies and liaise with package managers (WTG, FOU, IAC and O&M) to ensure efficient coordination for the delivery of the main equipment for installation by T&I package. * Perform other tasks and take on additional duties as reasonably assigned by the project management team. * Service provider will be responsible to provide feedback to relative departments in the interest of continuous improvements. * Service provider shall demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Ethics and Company "Code of Conduct" policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within the said area of responsibility. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT The company comprise a team of professionals passionate about deploying clean energy and bringing new opportunities to communities. After a successful German federal offshore wind auction in 2023 & 2024, the company is developing the North Sea N-12.1, North Sea N-11.2 and Baltic Sea O-2.2 offshore wind projects for a total capacity of 4,500 MW. The Service should be based in Paris, France and could require travel to locations within Europe including Hamburg

The service holder is responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities that could be necessary during the Life of Project and FEED activities up to the close out. ACTIVITIES * Is accountable for all matters related to the PVV (Piping, Valves and Vessel) engineering, fit for purpose and with full respect to the Statement Of Requirement with approved changes. * Represents the COMPANY technical authority for PVV disciplines. * Prepares and suggests technical content of essential studies to initiate CONTRACTOR action and conformity with state of the art. * Supervises all subcontracted studies and provides support to other packages with the support of Head Quarters specialist. * Ensure Piping and valves design choices considering constructability, operability, and flexibility of the facilities. * Ensure Vessel design choices considering constructability, operability, and flexibility of the facilities. Vessel includes Static and Thermal Equipment (heat exchangers). * Proposes recommendations on technical deviation requests and keeps updated the documentation related to the PVV discipline. * Participates to studies required by third parties as required. * Communicates and applies the H3SE policies of the COMPANY and ensure the engineering is developed accordingly. * Ensures the correct implementation of COMPANY rules and specifications (CR's/ GS's), Project specifications, relevant international standards, and any applicable regulations requirements. * Get assistance from company's specialists, or third parties, if required, for specific topics * Coordinate with our affiliate in Nigeria as necessary * Leads the review of the CONTRACTOR' key deliverables. * Provides technical assistance to the project for any technical audits (required by the banks and the insurance companies or Board of Directors, HAZOP, PR...). * Participate, in coordination, with others to the Inspection and Tests Plans (ITP) and FAT preparation and execution. To attend meetings / FATs with VENDORS where necessary. * Manages the Static and Thermal Equipment development of engineering specifications and provide quality assurance in the procurement of materials, equipment and services to ensure conformity with sound engineering practice and cost effectiveness. * Provide support and search for VENDORS assistance if needed. * Ensure the quality and completeness of PVV designs/packages Final Documentation (deliverables both from the CONTRACTOR and the VENDORS) in compliance with the Project Scope of Work, Specifications and Procedures and allowing an adequate hand-over to the operation. * Ensures that all PVV equipment are commissioned and started up as per detailed engineering documentation and accordingly to Vendor recommendations. Provide support and search for Vendor assistance if needed. * Reports potential impact on overall project strategy, planning and target achievement. * Promotes workshops with the HQ specialist and or CONTRACTOR's specialist to ensure COMPANY concepts and comments are well understood and quickly integrated in technical documents. * Guides CONTRACTOR main design selection in a Fit-for-Purpose approach to reach an optimized design. Accordingly, he promotes and follow until approval the deviation request to COMPANY requirements in the main time. * Ensures through efficient review the good respect of the applicable frame of reference. * Participates actively to proper interface management with Process, Safety, Rotating, Electrical... studies. * Reviews and comments the key technical documents of the interfacing disciplines. * Participates to the Project HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, PR. * Organizes with its counterpart discipline weekly meetings and report highlights to its management with proposed mitigation measures when deemed required. * Participates to internal engineering weekly meetings. Reporting areas of concern to Engineering Manager. * Provides its technical inputs to any contractual discussions with CONTRACTOR. * Contributes to the development of the digital plant though the centric data management when applicable. * Call for/Participate to interfaces coordination activities and ensure synergies are developed between the different CONTRACTORS. * Participate to VENDORS evaluation and for LLIs technical evaluation. * Get knowledge of the Nigerian norms and practices and use it in project when relevant. * Assist commissioning, start up and Operation team when required. Transfer project knowledge to operations. * Prepare REX and Lessons Learnt all along the FEED. * Contribute to personnel skills improvement and encourage knowledge transfer. Both projects are innovation driven with Conductor Supported Platform and Zapock pipeline concepts to be rolled-out and are developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus. Ntokon project * is a development in OML102 block in Nigeria based on minimalistic wellhead platform tied-back to Ofon OFP2 CPP via 26km pipelines (1 multiphasic production line, 1 water injection line). * FEED started in October 2024 for 5 months, FID is expected end Q2 2025 and first oil Q2 2027. Ima Project * is a development in OML112/117 block in Nigeria based on minimalistic wellhead platform tied-back to BNAG CPF via 23km pipelines (15km offshore, 8km onshore). * FEED starts in Q1 2025, FID is expected end Q4 2025 and first oil Q1 2028.

The service holder is responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities that could be necessary during the Life of Project and FEED activities up to the close out. ACTIVITIES * Accountable for all matters related to the safety engineering, fit for purpose and with full respect to the Statement of Requirement with approved changes. * Represents the COMPANY technical authority for this discipline. * Prepares and suggests technical content of essential studies to initiate CONTRACTOR action and conformity with state of the art plant design. * Defines the overall safety concepts and engineering principle to meet the COMPANY requirements, applicable regulations, and good engineering practices in terms of design, maintainability, operability, and security. * Supervises all subcontracted studies and provides support to other packages with the support of Head Quarters specialist. * Proposes recommendations on technical deviation requests and keeps updated the documentation related to the Safety discipline. * Participates to studies required by third parties. * Get assistance from the specialists, or third parties, if required, for specific topics * Coordinate with our affilate in Nigeria as necessary * The job holder will be supported by one Safety Engineer. He is responsible for the Safety Engineer workload, task attribution and priority. * Communicates and applies the H3SE policies of the COMPANY and ensure the engineering is developed accordingly. * Ensures the correct implementation of COMPANY rules and specifications (CR's/ GS's), Project specifications, relevant international standards and any applicable regulations requirements. * Update as required the project Safety Concept document for EPC phase. * Leads the review of the CONTRACTOR' key deliverables such as: Safety Concept, Safety Philosophies, Safety distances calculations notes and QRA/FRA/ERA and consolidate comments from the other engineering disciplines and operations. * Provides technical assistance to the project for any technical audits (required by the banks and the insurance companies or Board of Directors, HAZOP, PR...). * Reports potential impact on overall project strategy, planning and target achievement. * Promotes workshops with the HQ specialist and or CONTRACTOR's specialist to ensure COMPANY concepts and comments are well understood and quickly integrated in technical documents. * Guides CONTRACTOR main design selection in a Fit-for-Purpose approach to reach an optimized design. The service provider is responsible for the general administration, secretarial and related logistics matters for the Execution Team - Offshore Wind Germany (OneTech branch), based in Paris. ACTIVITIES The Service provider is responsible for the general administration, secretarial and related logistics matters for the OneTech GPI-Germany team based in Paris in relation to the development of the offshore wind projects NSE1, NSE2 and OSE. The Service provider is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules and requirements.
