MISSION

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Freelance IT Support Technician (Level 1) to provide support services in Le Perthus, France. This role is ideal for independent contractors who can manage basic IT tasks, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and maintain high standards of customer service., * Install and configure security cameras or similar systems * Provide on-site support for IT equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting * Diagnose and resolve camera connectivity and video display issues * Work independently to manage tasks on sites with varying conditions * Clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users and clients * Travel to various customer locations within the service area * Accurately document all service tasks and issues resolved

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Do you have experience in Security?, * Legal authorization to work in UK * Valid work permit (if required) * General availability Monday through Friday * Ability to invoice for services rendered * Willingness to work at heights or in varying weather conditions * Valid driver's license (own transportation is a plus) * Must be able to speak and write in English, * Experience installing or supporting security camera systems * Familiarity with IP camera configuration and network settings * Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on troubleshooting experience * Previous experience resolving installation issues on-site * Certifications in low-voltage, electrical, or networking systems are an advantage * Knowledge of local compliance requirements related to IT/security installations, * Do you have a Drivers license?
