MISSION
Empresarios Agrupados GHESA (EAG) is looking for a proactive and experienced Subcontractor Supervision Manager to oversee and coordinate subcontractor activities related to the prefabrication of piping, supports, and platforms within the ITER project. This position will focus on monitoring scope, technical execution, planning and progress, cost tracking, and the quality and contractual compliance of subcontracted works. The ideal candidate will ensure that subcontractors deliver according to scope, timeline, and standards, while also supporting the evaluation and approval of certifications and invoices, and identifying alternatives, risks and opportunities throughout execution., * Supervise and coordinate subcontractor activities in the prefabrication of piping, supports, and structural platforms, * Monitor progress against planning, technical scope, and contractual obligations, * Ensure subcontractor compliance with quality requirements and technical specifications, * Track subcontractor planning and progress, ensuring timely execution of works, * Evaluate work performed and support the approval process for progress certificates and related invoices, * Conduct technical and contractual follow-up, including the analysis of deviations or non-conformities, * Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures across subcontracted work packages, * Identify and manage risks, while tracking opportunities to optimize performance or reduce cost/time impacts, * Report regularly on status, KPIs, and performance metrics of subcontractors, * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, and planning teams to resolve issues and streamline execution, * Maintain close communication with the contract management team to ensure consistency with contractual frameworks, * Support change management processes (scope changes, delays, claims) related to subcontractors.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Do you have experience in Procurement?, * Solid experience supervising subcontractors on industrial or infrastructure projects, preferably in nuclear, energy, or heavy installation sectors, * Knowledge of piping and structural prefabrication processes and standards, * Strong understanding of planning, cost control, and quality management principles, * Experience in reviewing and validating progress certifications and invoices, * Familiarity with contract compliance and supplier performance management, * Knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and supply chain management is highly valued, * Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and interface with subcontractors in a technical and contractual context. Languages: * Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory), * French is an advantage. Education: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
