The Service provider will enable the Germany Offshore Wind Projects (NordSee Energies 1, NordSee Energies 2 and OstSee Energies) team to achieve critical project milestones in accordance with project requirements. The service will be performed within the Foundation and T&I Package in close collaboration and coordination with the Project Management. The service provider will play an essential role in developing the engineering and tender documentation associated with the T&I activities. The Service Provider shall provide support to the T&I Lead on in accordance with project's requirements and actively ensure interfaces between packages are identified and captured. ACTIVITIES The service provider will be responsible to participate in the development of the T&I engineering and execution preparation activities related to the German Offshore Wind projects, NSE1, NSE2 and OSE. Such responsibilities include: * provide support to package lead in refining and implementing the contractual strategy for T&I operations related to foundations (including specific equipment, noise mitigation, scour protection, etc), turbines and IAC; in a complex environment with very high industrial demands from the Offshore Wind industry, requiring early commitments. * Participate to the tendering process (including bid preparation, evaluation, and recommendations to award), negotiations with potential contractors, * Contribute to the revision and validation of technical specifications and employer's requirements. * Collaborate with C&P for final T&I contracts' awards and follow-up, * Support the T&I lead in the budget preparation and resource plan for the package in line with the project's future phases, * Ensure a good coordination with Contractors' teams and a real cooperation between Contractor and Company teams to ensure a profitable and efficient collaboration during the tender and future phases. * Contribute to the projects interfaces matrix and to manage the external technical interfaces of the T&I package with the other Project packages (WTG, Foundation (FOU), IAC and O&M packages), and the internal interfaces with the teams in charge of the permitting, the certification and the environmental subjects, * Provide support in procurement activities related to FOU and IAC, * Maintain close coordination with the permitting team with a strong focus on complying with the requirements from the German regulatory for the performance of the work, * Support the development of the Project Safety Philosophy for the construction and installation phase (including at marshalling ports) and thereafter ensure that the contractor safety plans are effectively managed. * Assist in developing the Project quality system related to the T&I scope engineering, logistics, the lifting means, the marine operations and to develop and implement the specific surveillance plan for the contracted scopes. * Ensure the validity of design decision and change management through market engagement, cost-benefit studies, ad-hoc logistics studies, weather downtime assessment and risk analysis. * Perform logistics studies and liaise with package managers (WTG, FOU, IAC and O&M) to ensure efficient coordination for the delivery of the main equipment for installation by T&I package. * Perform other tasks and take on additional duties as reasonably assigned by the project management team. * Service provider will be responsible to provide feedback to relative departments in the interest of continuous improvements. * Service provider shall demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Ethics and Company "Code of Conduct" policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within the said area of responsibility. After a successful German federal offshore wind auction in 2023 & 2024, the company is developing the North Sea N-12.1, North Sea N-11.2 and Baltic Sea O-2.2 offshore wind projects for a total capacity of 4,500 MW. The Service should be based in Paris, France and could require travel to locations within Europe including Hamburg

The Service provider will enable the Germany Offshore Wind Projects (NordSee Energies 1, NordSee Energies 2 and OstSee Energies) team to achieve critical project milestones in accordance with project requirements. The service provider will oversee all logistics and marshalling operations for the Projects. This includes managing logistics activities for substructures/foundations (FOU), Inter-Array Cables (IAC), Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) components, and any ancillary or specific equipment for Installation Contractors stored at the port. Responsibilities encompass logistics activities from the fabrication and/or manufacturing plants in Europe and/or Asia, including load-in/out, handling, lifting activities, and other services in the marshalling yard areas (quayside, load-in/out, pre-assembly, and storage). Additionally, the service involves short-haul logistics from the marshalling yard to the installation sites. ACTIVITIES The service provider will be responsible to participate in the development of the marshalling yard and logistics activities: * Define logistics scope interfaces and aggregate project requirements. * Participate in establishing and following up on the overall logistics strategy and preliminary studies. * Implement and follow up on the Logistics Execution Strategy, including surveys, audits, tenders, negotiations, contracts, and marine activities planning. * Define specifications and participate in the selection of marshalling ports/yards. * Engage in technical and commercial exchanges, visits, and meetings with port stakeholders. * Participate in the CFT process for port lease contracts. * Prepare and ensure readiness of marshalling ports as per project requirements. * Ensure readiness of logistics and associated services before mobilization. * Oversee proper demobilization of marshalling yards upon completion of activities. * Participate in contractors' qualifications and the tendering process for logistics contracts. * Manage technical specifications, RFQ/CFT documents, clarifications, negotiations, and contract issuance. * Participate in logistics and installation sequence simulations. * Issue and review logistics execution plans, vessel management plans, and transporters' plans. * Optimize yard layouts, stowage plans, and storage solutions. * Develop and manage logistics and marine coordination procedures and plans. * Optimize vessel movements and utilization of port services. * Coordinate marshalling activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching components. * Review and approve lifting and handling procedures. * Oversee handling and lifting operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. * Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. * Conduct safety audits and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations. * Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, port authorities, and local authorities. * Maintain accurate records of materials and components. * Control shipping documentation, administrative records, and customs-related documents. * Ensure proper reporting of logistics activities and HSE KPIs * Service provider shall demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Ethics and Company "Code of Conduct" policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within the said area of responsibility. * Lead and mentor logistics personnel, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols. * Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
