Swan is expanding rapidly across Europe, and recruitment plays a key role in driving our success.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 5 to 7-month assignment (freelance or temporary contract), available to start in June or July 2025. Ideally, you arebased in Paris and available to come to the office a few days a week.
In this mission, you'll oversee the full recruitment cycle-from sourcing and attracting top talent to interviewing and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet the company's evolving needs.
You'll guide candidates throughout their entire journey, ensuring a smooth, positive, and engaging experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Main tasks
- Recruit the Best Talents : Take full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, developing and implementing targeted sourcing strategies to meet the company's hiring needs. Proactively identify and engage top talent, conduct thorough screening interviews, present a well-qualified shortlist to hiring managers, and manage the process through to offer acceptance.
- Candidate Experience : Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at each recruitment stage. Coordinate interviews, maintain post-interview engagement, debrief with hiring managers and interviewers, and effectively communicate our company's story, vision, and culture.
- Strategic Sourcing : Design and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand each role, developing tailored strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Data-Driven Approach :Leverage data and analytics to optimize the recruitment process, monitor performance, and track key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with 5+ years of experience, preferably within Fintech, SaaS, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable recruiting across diverse functions and locations (France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Italy).
- Strong aptitude for leveraging Swan's product, culture, and mission to attract and engage the right talent.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting where you know how to prioritize and adapt quickly.
- Fluent in English
