We're currently looking for a Workday Compensation Functional Consultant to join a leading international organisation's HRIS team on a high-impact assignment. This is a critical role supporting a central HR digital transformation programme built on the Workday platform.
The assignment focuses on both operational HR cycles and strategic projects within the Compensation and Benefits space. These include supporting the annual merit review process, ensuring compliance with evolving pay transparency regulations, and helping improve data quality in areas such as global mobility. The role also includes involvement in role-based access audits and may support the future digitalisation of compensation cycles.
The successful consultant will be responsible for preparing and testing compensation-related tools in Workday, consolidating and analysing data, building KPIs for reporting, and coordinating with various stakeholders across different regions. This is not a system implementation role, but a hands-on functional and data-focused position requiring strong ownership and autonomy.
To succeed, you'll need proven experience with Workday, particularly in compensation or broader HR modules. You must be comfortable handling large datasets, conducting functional testing, and following up with both HR and technical teams.
