Trustpair is looking for a FreelancePeople Ops Generalist to join our teamfor a short term assignment, working 2 days per week. The position is expected to last several weeks, with the possibility of being extended.
As a People Ops Generalist, you'llplay a crucial role in our global Trusteam. You'll BE responsible forcontributing toa versatile scopeofprojects, resulting ingreat impact when IT comes to operations, office management and aworld-class employee experience !
As part of our People Team, you'll report directly to Céline, our VP People, work closely with Aicha, our Talent Acquisition Specialist and Mathilde, our People Ops Apprentice.Our team's mission is to set our people and the company up for success as we scale, providing support to employees and managersat every key moment.
What you'll do :
Office management
We believe office quality is a lever to strong employee engagement. We will keep investing a lot of time and effort in making our offices in Paris (and future locations !) inspiring and welcoming. This requires collaboration on :
- Handlingour office management, ensuring quality processes are in place
- Managing improvement projects, decor, repairs etc
- Managing inventories and purchasing for things like office supplies, IT equipment, snacks and beverages and events
HR Administration
We strive to deliver a top notch employee experience from the moment employees join Trustpair until their last day. We pay high attention at every step of the way, which includes :
- Overseeing all key steps of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, off-boarding, trial period, contracts, renewals etc) for permanent employees and contractors
- Setting up and running payroll for all employees (France & Europe based)
- Following processes as we scale using our HR tools (e.g. Hibob), ensuring data stored is continuously up to date and accurate
Event Management
We have a long history of organising amazing events that have contributed to building strong bonds between our Trusteam. We want to keep doing better, delivering innovative, fun and unforgettable collective moments. To that end you will assist in :
- Organising team-building, annual seminar, monthly all-hands and many spontaneous celebrations of success
- Ensure event quality and budget control
- Analyse the impact of events (through feedback collection, data etc)
- Manage internal and external stakeholders as necessary
Facility & IT Tools Management
To supporta great day-to-day working experience for our teams, our People Ops generalist will also :
- Maintain a strongrelationship with our external IT provider
- Manage the supply of equipment required for our teams
- Ensure employees follow and adhere to strict IT policies, in line with our ISO and other security certifications
- Ensure employees are set up with the appropriate access to required tools and equipment upon their arrival at Trustpair
- Manage the off-boarding process for people leaving the company

At least 3years experience in a People Ops, People Development or Office Manager position
- You have previously worked in a start-up orscale-up environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French & English
- You already have good knowledge of payroll processes and HR admin, in Europe & the US in particular
- You masterGoogle Suite / Microsoft Office and you are tech-savvy
- You are curious, positive and full of energy !
- Detail-oriented and rigorous (you always double check information you communicate), and are skilledat combining the sense of confidentiality required
- Autonomous in finding solutions to problems and you're able to work with many different stakeholders
- You have strong organisational skills and are comfortable working on a variety of ad-hoc projects as and when needed, Applicants for all positions in Trustpair must BE legally authorized to work in the country which they are applying for or BE a citizen from Schengen / EU zone.
