Working as part of the Communications Department, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the WSN Group's social media editorial strategy.
Your main role will be to coordinate all operational actions to maximise the visibility and image of our events on social networks.
Creative, strategic and a team player, you will play a key role in defining the editorial positions of our events in line with our brand platform, while bringing an innovative and relevant vision to our social networks., Developing and implementing the overall social media communication strategy for the WSN Group and its events.
You will coordinate communication operations and develop relevant formats on social networks to ensure a consistent and impactful presence.
* Content creation and coordination:
Overseeing the creation and distribution of content for social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), providing a creative and strategic vision for each platform.
* Event account management:
You will manage the Instagram accounts and other social networks for the Group's flagship events, such as Who's Next (@whosnext.paris), Première Classe (@premiereclasse.paris) as well as Innovative Solutions and the WSN Group.
* Developing the editorial calendar:
Drawing up and monitoring an editorial calendar for publications on social networks, taking into account the various highlights of the Group and its events.
* Coordinating partners' statements:
Developing and coordinating partners' exchanges and content on social networks, particularly during our events.
* Federating communities:
You will be responsible for federating and engaging WSN's communities, both internally and externally, by cultivating authentic and dynamic exchanges.
* Image and graphics management:
You will be responsible for WSN's design and visual identity on social networks, in line with the graphic charter and established brand image.
* Reporting and analysis:
Set up weekly and post-event reporting to measure the impact of actions taken on social networks and adjust strategies in line with KPIs.
* Strategic and creative monitoring:
Keeping a constant watch on digital trends and suggesting new actions to be implemented.
* Team management:
You will be responsible for supervising one trainee, while also being the point of contact for external teams (agencies, freelancers, partners).
You have a degree in digital marketing, communications or a similar field, and 3 to 5 years' experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, in the fashion sector and ideally within professional events.
* Management skills:
You have proven experience in managing and motivating internal and external teams.
You know how to delegate, supervise and unite people around common projects.
* Mastery of content creation tools:
You are perfectly at ease with graphics tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects), to supervise and execute the creation of hard-hitting and engaging audiovisual content.
* Excellent writing skills:
You have a talent for writing and storytelling, with an ability to convey clear, concise and punchy messages in line with WSN's values and identity.
* Interpersonal skills and partnership management:
You will be recognised for your interpersonal skills and be able to interact effectively with a variety of contacts, both internal (team, management) and external (partners, agencies, service providers).
* Fashion and events awareness:
A good knowledge of the fashion industry and trade shows is a real plus.
