Implementation Project Specialist (Contractor Conversion)
Common accountabilities:
* Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.
* Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
* Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.
Specific accountabilities:
Build and manage the implementation project core team.
Ensure coordinated action between Amadeus organisation, external parties and customer implementation groups
Centralize and follow-up technical issues
Refine and finalize the implementation project scope with the Program manager
Identify all activities necessary to produce all project deliverables
Size the implementation project (implementation and gap activity)
Estimate and identify resources with participating line organisation units
Build and validate detailed implementation project planning
Consolidate and follow-up implementation project planning, resources, issues
Define and follow-up implementation reporting (reporting structure and content, etc)
Monitor project and ensure the quality of project deliverables
Evaluate internal and external project risks and propose mitigation actions
Communicate and report on project resources, progress, risks and costs to Program manager
Escalate any issue impacting costs, project delivery timeline or scope to Program manager
Support Program manager to implement CR structure for Financial purposes
Attend Customer Project Status meeting and Project Steering Committee.
