Own and Optimize HR OperationsManage all types of contracts:
French CDI, freelance, EOR (via Deel).Run payroll and benefits across multiple countries with zero room for error.Maintain and improve our HR tools (Payfit, Deel, Notion), ensuring automation, data accuracy, and security.Be the go-to person for any HR-related questions - clear, fast, reliable.Monitor labor laws (France & international) and ensure full compliance.2.
Lead Data & Compliance ReportingOwn HR documentation and prepare reports that help us stay audit-ready, always.3.
Deliver a Smooth Employee ExperienceCoordinate onboarding and offboarding with care and precision.Support team leads to ensure every process runs like clockwork - and feels human.Contribute to retention and engagement by making HR processes feel seamless.4.

5+ years in HR operations in a fast-paced, international environment.Deep knowledge of French labor law and familiarity with global HR practices.Comfortable with tools like Payfit, Deel, Notion, Slack, and Excel.Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and high autonomy.Bilingual:
French + English (written and spoken).A calm head and clear communication in fast-changing situations.Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
