Circles is a French FemTech brand offering 100 natural solutions for female hormonal balance from the first period to menopause:
premenstrual syndrome, hormonal acne, painful periods, urinary tract infections, libido disorders, etc.
We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Brand Designer to help us take the Circles brand to the next level.
If you're someone who not only has deep design expertise but also understands the ecommerce space inside and out, this role might be for you.
Tasks
* Audit & Analyze:
Lead a comprehensive brand and design due diligence process across all our customer-facing touchpoints (web, email, ads, packaging, social, etc.).
* Strategize:
Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and missed opportunities in our current brand presentation.
Develop a cohesive visual strategy that creates a seamless premium experience across every channel.
* Design & Build:
Create scalable design systems, visual guidelines, and branded assets that can be used by both our internal teams and external agencies.
* Support:
Partner with internal designers, marketers, and external creative agencies to ensure consistent implementation of the new design system across all channels.
* Educate:
Deliver clear, actionable brand guidelines, templates, and frameworks that empower teams to create on-brand content at scale.
* 8 years of design experience, preferably within fast-paced DTC/ecommerce environments.
* Proven track record of leading brand audits and design overhauls across web, email, social, packaging, and paid media.
* Strong strategic thinking-not just how it looks, but why it works.
* Expert-level proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
* Experience creating brand guidelines and scalable design systems.
* Strong communicator who's comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
* A proactive self-starter who thrives in freelance/contract roles and can manage projects independently.
