MISSION

As a Mid to Senior Brand Designer, you will blend with BB Agency's strong design culture. We are on the lookout for a talented Brand Designer who can both creatively lead and execute branding projects from discovery to delivery. Experience with strategy, visual identity systems, and presenting to clients is preferred.
* Design digital experiences: You will create concepts and designs for a variety of complex brand design projects, e.g. brand refresh, brand campaigns, performance marketing, social media, web. You will lead visual design for brand identity and brand elements, and you will design and produce project materials (logos, fonts, color palettes, and more).
* Collaborate with stakeholders: You will collaborate with stakeholders to create clear briefs for brand design projects, as well as implement functional, attractive, and scalable designs. You will oversee marketing initiatives to ensure that images and messages appropriately contribute to brand identity.
* Collaborate in design systems: You will work in scalable design systems, in which you will diligently maintain proper file structure, naming conventions, and overall workflow within the file.
* Research and gather feedback: You will conduct category-specific research using competitive market analysis, mood boarding, and trend services to analyze how a brand ties in with consumer preferences. You will evaluate industry trends, designs, colors, and design processes, and constantly evaluate how we could bring a new aesthetic to our team.
* Improve internal processes: You will advocate for new brand design standards and help us improve our Brand Design methodology. We empower you to bring your ideas to the table, improve our processes and take the initiative to build the kind of agency you want to work for.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Do you have experience in Graphic design?, We're looking for a part-time hire (20-30 hours per week). This is a fully remote position. Looking for people in Europe due to time-zone alignment. Native or Professional English is a must. All company communication is in English.

4+ years of experience, of which a minimum of 3 years in brand design (it's a bonus if you have already worked in an agency environment). We're interested in autonomous and proactive individuals., You are an open-minded, focused, determined, good listener, and you aren't afraid to make mistakes. You have an understanding of a standard agency workflow. Preferably you have at least 3 years of experience as a Brand Designer and have worked in an agency, tech company, or as a freelancer.
* Strong design skills: You have broad expertise of positive standards and trends in brand and graphic design, excellent knowledge of end-to-end design processes, and high creative standards in typography and design layout with a strategic design approach.
* Design toolbox: You have mastered Adobe Suite and Figma.
* Data-based: Research and data will be informing your decision-making. As a designer, your decisions will be based on market data, as well as user and client feedback.
* Human-centric: You put effort into understanding user and client needs. You implement solutions into your designs.
* Systemic and organized: You are organized and understand the importance of systemic design. We design solutions that can be scaled and used by the whole team.
* Accountable: You have a strong sense of commitment, accountability, and ownership. You are independent and will solve problems by taking matters into your own hands if needed.
* Communication: You can easily communicate with your team members and clients and are confident about getting people buying in around your proposed solutions.
* Languages: You are very fluent in English and able to engage with all international team members and clients.
