We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager with a proven track record in managing and delivering AI-driven projects within the financial sector. This freelance role, initially set for a 6-month contract, offers the opportunity to lead and execute innovative projects that leverage artificial intelligence to solve complex financial challenges. Based in Paris, this position requires candidates to be onsite three days a week and already possess the right to work in France., * End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the full life cycle of AI projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
* Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and business analysts, to drive project success.
* Risk and Compliance Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, particularly those related to regulatory compliance within financial services.
* Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and technical specifications.
* Performance Tracking: Utilize project management tools and methodologies (eg, Agile, Scrum) to track project progress and deliver against KPIs and SLAs.
* Experience in AI Projects: Demonstrable experience managing projects focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data-driven solutions.
* Financial Services Expertise: Strong background in financial services, with an understanding of industry regulations, data privacy, and risk management.
* Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management methodologies, with a PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
* Technical Acumen: Knowledge of AI and data technologies (eg, machine learning frameworks, data analytics platforms) and their applications in finance.
* Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
