Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Système et Data Center pour intégrer notre équipe SI. Il sera responsable de la gestion, de la maintenance et de l'optimisation de l'infrastructure IT, en assurant la disponibilité, la performance, et la sécurité de l'ensemble des systèmes. Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe virtualisation et sauvegarde, ainsi qu'avec les autres équipes techniques pour garantir la continuité de service. Vos missions et activités principales : * Gestion des serveurs de fichiers : administration, maintenance et optimisation. * Gestion de l'environnement Windows : administration des systèmes Windows, ferme RDS, Scripting (PowerShell), clustering, Patching et gestion des incidents. * Gestion du logiciel d'impression HP Advance : configuration, maintenance et support. * Administration du Data Center (DC) : supervision, gestion des équipements et optimisation de l'infrastructure. * Gestion de l'ordonnanceur OpCon : configuration, surveillance et optimisation des flux de travail automatisés. * Capacity Planning et gestion des licences : planification des capacités nécessaires pour les infrastructures * Gestion des licences : suivi des licences sur le périmètre attribué et participation aux exercices de True-Up. * MCO (Maintien en Conditions Opérationnelles) : assurer la disponibilité, la sécurité et les performances des systèmes. * Architecture : participation à la conception et à l'évolution de l'infrastructure IT. * Gestion et analyse des incidents : prise en charge des problèmes techniques de niveau 2 et 3, analyse des causes racines, proposition de solutions pérennes et suivi de leur mise en œuvre. * Gestion des changements et des CI : pour assurer la traçabilité et la gestion du cycle de vie des actifs IT. * Rédaction de documentation : formalisation et mise à jour des documents techniques liés aux services de son domaine, aux plans de reprise d'activité (PRA), etc. * Veille technologique : assurer une veille continue sur les nouvelles technologies et tendances afin de proposer des améliorations. * Participation aux projets d'évolution et projets transverses : implication dans des projets d'infrastructure en collaboration avec les équipes virtualisation et réseaux, ainsi que d'autres départements. * Piloter des projets dans le cadre de migrations ou de déploiement des infrastructures * Former un binôme avec l'ingénieur Virtualisation, stockage et sauvegarde

To support and facilitate the TNA process, national contractors are being recruited for the execution of activities in relation to climate change adaptation and mitigation in the Energy, Waste and Agriculture sectors. In addition, a part-time Assistant TNA Coordinator Contractor (ATCC) is required for the duration of the project to support the TNA coordinating entity, the International Green Technologies and Investments Center (IGTIPC), in the execution and implementation of activities under the TNA project. The contractor will support the coordination and facilitate the implementation of the project under the direct supervision of IGTPIC and UNEP-CCC. Field trips and trips to attend training and capacity-building workshops will occur. Monitoring and Progress Controls The ATCC will work in close collaboration with the TNA coordinator and the national TNA team. The contractor's overall task is to support the entire TNA process - ranging from engaging with the stakeholders, identification of technology needs, its prioritisation and assessment, to the development of national TAPs. In line with domestic and global objectives, the contractor will be responsible for providing the national TNA teams with the process-related and methodological/technical advisory services needed for conducting TNAs, preparing the Barrier Analysis and Enabling Framework (BAEF) report and developing Technology Action Plans (TAPs) at the country level. The TAP will outline essential elements of an enabling framework for technology transfer consisting of market development measures, institutional, regulatory and financial measures, and human and institutional capacity development requirements. It will also include a detailed plan of actions in order to implement the proposed policy measures and estimate the need for external assistance to cover additional implementation costs. The ATCC will assist the TNA Coordinator in applying a participatory approach to the TNA process, involving a wide range of stakeholders while ensuring a multi-sector and multi-disciplinary scope. Moreover, the ATCC will be tasked with communicating on behalf of the National TNA Coordinator with the national TNA team members, outreach to stakeholders, formation of networks, information acquisition, and coordination and communication of work products. In addition, the contractor's role will consist in assisting in the coordination and implementation of the project, in assuring the quality of products delivered by the Expert Consultant and in drafting and editing planned reports in the framework of the project. In collaboration with the national TNA team, the National TNA Coordinator, and the Expert Consultants, the ATCC will be responsible for the timely provision of inputs and delivery, including inter-alia: a) Organizing consultative stakeholder meetings and workshops (TNA, BAEF and TAP validation, national dissemination and donor engagement event); b) Inviting relevant stakeholders to project workshops; c) Identifying local institutions that can supply relevant data and/or inputs from local experts; d) Communicating with the Expert Consultants on a regular basis to ensure that the analytical work matches the project objectives and that all project deliverables are completed on time. This also includes supporting and overseeing the TNA team and the Expert Consultant in the process of analysing how the prioritized technologies can be implemented in the country and how implementation circumstances could be improved by addressing the barriers and developing an enabling framework based, inter-alia, on undertaking of local market and other assessments; e) Supporting and overseeing, and making sure deliverables are submitted on time by the Expert Consultants in preparation and finalization of the TAP report and final project closure report for the country; f) Supporting the Expert Consultant in preparing working papers and other TNA-related documents as may be required to ease the consultative process and harnessing inputs from stakeholders during meetings, workshops, amongst others; g) Providing any other inputs, as required, relevant to the TNA process The ATCC will be required to follow best practices, guidelines, methodologies, and technical guidance available through the UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre and other approved sources. Section 3.1 provides an overview of the tasks to be conducted by the ATCC. Work Location Kazakhstan, Astana Expected duration Part-time, of Parties to the Climate Convention and represents an opportunity to track an evolving need for new equipment, techniques, practical knowledge and skills, which are necessary to mitigate GHG emissions and/or reduce the vulnerability of sectors and livelihoods to the adverse impacts of climate change. The Republic of Kazakhstan is starting its TNA in 2025. The main objectives of the project are: To identify and prioritise through country-driven participatory processes, technologies that can contribute to mitigation and adaptation goals of the participant countries, while meeting their national sustainable development goals and priorities; To identify barriers hindering the acquisition, deployment, and diffusion of the prioritised technologies; To develop Technology Action Plans specifying activities and enabling frameworks to overcome the barriers and facilitate the transfer, adoption and diffusion of selected technologies in the participant countries and policy briefs summarizing the policy relevant actions within the Technology Action Plans in a short and user-friendly way; To develop project ideas for attracting funding to implement selected technologies in priority areas of national relevance.
