MISSION
Montpellier English School is seeking a freelance English teacher to work with children aged 4 to 12 in a structured yet vibrant learning environment. Beyond teaching, we are looking for a true educator, able to: * Build trustful relationships with children and their families * Design and deliver engaging, level-appropriate lessons * Contribute actively to the development of our teaching methodology through innovative tools and materials * Focus on individual progress and family involvement * Collaborate with our team to continuously improve pedagogical practices
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Do you have experience in Teaching?, Freelance English Teacher (children aged 4-12) Are you passionate about teaching English to children? Do you want to offer more than just language instruction? Join our immersive, playful, and committed school, focused on ensuring real and measurable progress for every child., * Solid experience teaching English to children (minimum 2 years) * Native or bilingual level in English * Recognized teaching qualification (CELTA, TEFL, TYLEC or equivalent) * Strong command of core pedagogical principles (lesson planning, group management, differentiation) * Familiarity with the Cambridge YLE exam framework * Creative, organized, and open to new learning tools and methods * Autonomous with a collaborative mindset * Ability to lead complementary activities in English (art, board games, team games, etc. - suggestions welcome) Bonus Skills (The Cherry on Top) * Interest in communication and social media to help bring our activities to life and engage families * Desire to be part of a long-term collaboration with the school
